Fantastic selection of vintage video games and great selection of pinball machines, some older and some recent releases. Snack area with a TV to chill out, or they host birthday parties also.

Our family loves Vortex! Daniel is the best. We had our son’s Pac-Man-themed birthday party here. The kids loved it. It's fun to pass down some of my favorite memories from growing up to my kids. And Daniel is even building us our own vintage arcade game from scratch!

I've been wanting to go to vortex for years and finally did.

I love Retro arcades and this one didn't disappoint. Love to see local business thrive and the value vs somewhere like Dave and busters isn't remotely similar.

10$ gets you in and that's all you pay for day if you choose. You can leave for up to 2 hours to go eat or so on and come back.

There is a multitude of options, pinball, couch consoles such as snes, Genesis, nes, n64. Plus arcade games from the 80s/90s/ and early 2000s.

While my wife and I appreciated the value, sadly our niece and nephew were a bit unimpressed but our son got his monies worth. So that is one thing to consider if you have tweens. No modern games, which was a plus for us hah!

If you want to play some pinball, donkey Kong, ddr, and then hit up a round in 3rd strike and finish with a round of air hockey...this is your place!

Negative: several games were out of commission the last 3 times we visited but it was only a few and for 10$ I'm not going to knock a star.

If you can tell, I definitely recommend and hope they build on and expand.

This place was phenomenal. It was clean, well kept, and the owner was so helpful. It was refreshing to see some of the good old games there. They’re set to free play so it’s entirely free once you pay admission, which is only 10 bucks a person and it’s unlimited play once you’re in. Atmosphere was so fun. Will be back WEEKLY. Decor was also on point.

This place is awesome. It takes you back to your childhood in the 80's. Honestly I felt like a little kid. First time here and I didn't want to leave. Staff is very nice, great guys. 100% you will enjoy.

2/5 - No airflow / cool air. HOT arcade.

Vortex Arcade has to be one of my favorite spots, however. This place NEEDS cooling. There are way too many people here. Bodies are everywhere which causes a lot of condensed heat. You shouldn’t neglect airflow. I saw a fan or two around the place. But no source of circulation, or anywhere where I could feel cool air.

If they would’ve turned the air on, had some circulation going, I would give them 5/5.

In conditions like this, your AC should be on, and at LEAST set to 68.

This place is amazing. $10 a person for unlimited play! They have good snacks/candy for cheap!! We will definitely be back and bring friends!!!

I took my sons-in-law and my grandson to Vortex on Black Friday afternoon while the girls went shopping. We all had a wonderful time. From my 8 year old grandson to my late twenty something son-in-laws to GenX self, a good time was had by all. They have all the games you remember and plenty of newer ones as well. It was a great value to boot ?
