Usually everyone I talked to is so nice but Lindsay is so rude! I was calling in regards to a question and her answer was extremely rude! Not only that but her tone of voice very mean and she kept on interrupting me! Usually when we need their services everything is great but this encounter definitely left a sour taste

I have been blessed to be working with Virtual Tour Cafe for many years. I consider them as part of my marketing team for all my listings. They keep things simple, professional and I am confident they will be there, showcase my properties, and clients are always impressed.

I had a situation where I was out of town for a few hours and my housekeeper sent me pictures of how clean she was able to clean a vacant home.

I noticed she accidentally left a toilet seat up, she was already an hour away and VTC would be there within an hour. I made a phone call to VTC and they assured me the seat will be down in the pictures. It was. 😀.

I know that stuff doesn't matter to most, but for me... seats down, operational lights (same brightness)., etc are huge. This is why VTC is so amazing and wonderful too.... they care about the little things too that make a great impact.

I have cancelled this account twice and they keep charging me for the monthly fee. Now I can't log in, and when I request a new password, the new one doesn't even work. Stay away from this company.
