We greatly appreciated the pre-event strategy meeting and the ease of planning with Kelli and Katie. As an art institute, we also liked the flexible option to potentially use work created by our students, even though we didn't end up going that route. Alex was also a wonderful on-site tech, very friendly and independent, and our A/V and events teams were happy to work with her. Our guests loved the VR experience!

The VR experience was an ABSOLUTE hit - the meeting attendees truly enjoyed it. The Richie’s Plank Experience was definitely the favorite of all of the options! The booth was almost constantly busy with people either in-line to try or people just looking to watch for entertainment. ? RJ was outstanding in every way as well. He was very attentive and supportive the whole time. He was a great addition to the booth – we all had a lot of fun together. Would love to work with him and your team again the next time we have another show like last week!

We rented equipment from VirtualRealityRental.co for a week for our Cub Scout Day Camp. Approximately 500 scouts and 100 adults used the equipment.
