I can’t say anything bad about this company! I moved to palm coast blindly without viewing the unit in person… but everything went well. Laura has been communicating thoroughly regarding any queries I had. Work orders were completed very promptly, which sometimes shocked me. John the maintenance guy was so kind and had everything I need taken care of at the house. I was shocked when I got almost my entire security deposit back and although there were some issues with usps system for mailing my sec deposit, Laura was very helpful and took care of everything. The owner put the property up for sale while I was a tenant at the property, but I always got advanced notice for showings and because I worked from home they were always understanding and respectful.

Virtual Home Realty property management for protection of landlord’s interest needs to be improved more!!!
As a landlord I had 2 years experience of renting my apartment with Virtual Home Realty when I was out of town. During the two years, I lost my furniture of TV stereo cabinet set, part of my China dining set made in Germany, my master bedroom table lamp ( missing one) and my porcelain collection vases. ( missing one ). All these items were recorded with their walk through video before tedants moving in. after I claimed with them for all missing items. First, they asked invoice, then They answered “ they are not responsible for them” . But they charged me property inspection fee during rentals. As I landlord, I signed with you/VHR and gave your businesses, you made money from my property, in the meantime, as a property management firm, you should take responsibility and care of my properties, too!

Moved to PC & chose a rental property that fit my needs that just happened to by managed by VHR. With the benefit of hindsight, if I had to do it over I would have taken my business elsewhere. From the beginning when they could not advise mailbox location (had to try the key in 36 random boxes) to the end when trying to obtain my security deposit refund it was an unpleasant & unprofessional experience.
