I met Andy through a referral from my partner’s brother who purchased a home using his services years ago. We had just gotten off a seven day cruise and weren’t planning on looking for a home after having been unsuccessful in finding anything within our budget over the past three years, including most recently as early January.

After showing us two in Pine Ridge that didn’t quite meet our needs he suggested we look at Sabal Springs, a gated golfing & racquet community. The home turned out to check almost all the boxes for what we were looking. After two walk throughs he put in an offer for us at much less than the reduced asking price and much lower than what my budget allowed. To our surprise the buyers accepted the offer! Even assuming $15-20k in improvements we’re way under under the average sales price for homes in that community.
