M'aiq just remembered to leave a review from back in January 2021, when this one had his 2TB HDD die, and hired Thomas to replace it with two 1TB SSD drives. M'aiq was overjoyed upon retrieving his PC afterwards, and even more happy at the fair pricing. This one plans to return one day for an upgrade.

I was a walk in from Pembroke Pines, FL (Broward County) - ended up in the plaza by mistake. Thomas was very generous with his time and was able to schedule a same day appointment for later in the day. I was so pleased with his patience and politeness that I paid for a one year tech support service. I am now going home with a fully updated computer and all my problems have been resolved. So much better than the box stores. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have purchased 3 computers from Thomas over the past few years. One new and 2 refurbished. All were very good deals and very good computers. Yesterday I went there to consider a tablet. The Verizon guy (it came from Verizon) told me mine was old, obsolete, and incapable of doing what I wanted. New ones were $250 and up. Thomas took half an hour and showed me features my existing one had that neither I nor the Verizon guy knew it had. He spoon fed me a keyboard web source that does exactly what I want with my existing tablet. $30 instead of $250. He passed up a sale to help me and was way more knowledge than the Verizon store guy.

Dropped my Gateway laptop and charger off Early Friday to be cleaned up and checked. Told Tom the owner the battery is original and I always use the charger. He said it won’t take long and he would call me the next day. I didn’t get a call and so I stopped by at 4PM and the shop was closed. Monday morning I called and identified myself and Tom the owner asked if I have a charger because the battery is dead and nothing had been done. I said the charger was with the laptop when I dropped it off and told him about the battery. He said I didn’t have to get angry at him and said I can come and get the laptop if I’m not happy. Then he said he had a five star rating on google. I picked up my laptop and never said a word to him. He may be a great technician but he is not a good business man or people person. His business won’t last long with his attitude and lack of people skills.
