Mike was, and still is, absolutely, astonishingly phenomenal, at what he does, and I can't reccomend him enough to everyone. I ordered a brand new, factory sealed, oem DualShock 3 controller for my good ol' PlayStation 3, and didn't think to realize that batteries degrade well over time. I called every and all places possible to get a replacement battery for my controller, and Mike was genuinely the only individual who could get the job done, literally across all of San Diego County. Really Mike, thank you so much. I seriously owe you one, for not having me be relegated to a nearly $170.00 paperweight. You're a legend.
