I wanted to like this place so bad and support a small business but I overpaid for everything and 2 days later had buyers remorse mixed with unexpected bills so I was hoping to get a refund from the owner but no go.. everyone is struggling right now of course mom n pop stores suffer too but its moments like these where small stores can really shine in my opinion. . It is what it is ... I still wish the owner the best he seems like a nice guy... oh well its just business I guess its my fault for thinking they accept returns.. it just sucks when you think you have a heart to heart with someone on a deeper level but then they don't remember you ... and worse yet when it seems that they don't seem to care

I did not like the way that the owner was not professional at all. I went in there once and feel like he called me cheap by saying that I would have for sure walked out with something if the products were free. I still thought to give a second chance and went back for something I saw previously and when I asked if they happen to sell cases for Nintendo games, he called out it was illogical to only sell cases when I was actually actually searching for them. I know now to not go back there again.

When looking for a Super Game Boy, a local recommended this place. I had driven past it a number of times in the past, but hadn't thought much of it given it's appearance from the street. I had assumed that they had a focus on skateboards, and that the video games were an afterthought. That they would maybe have one cabinet in the back with a few games. I was wrong.

Their selection is immense. I've been in three times now, and spoken with the owner on each visit. He's very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and friendly. He knows his stuff, and can usually recall stock of an item off-hand.

As far as price is concerned, their third-party hardware and accessories like CRT TVs and controllers are tremendously affordable. Their first party consoles and games are more expensive than something like ebay, but are comparatively cheap to what you'd find in any brick and mortar retro game store.

Cosmetic condition of the cartridges and controllers varies but everything is tested to work before being sold, and you can always inspect the item before you buy.

If you're not sure if they have what you're looking for, go ahead and check them out, or just give them a call. They don't pressure you to buy if you want to come in and look around, and with the size of their selection, they probably have what you need.

Discover a captivating array of Gameboy Advance, Color, and DMG games at this hidden gem of a store. Their commitment to authenticity is unwavering, ensuring you won't find any counterfeit items here claiming to be authentic. Beyond the impressive game selection, they offer an array of systems for sale. I was fortunate to acquire this authentic Gameboy Advance from their selection. While some items might carry a slightly higher price tag compared to online platforms like eBay, the advantage lies in the ability to personally inspect, test, and authenticate your desired items. The prices remain remarkably reasonable for the value offered. If you share a passion for this hobby, I strongly encourage you to pay a visit and make a purchase, supporting this honest local business.

I see quite a bit of bad reviews. However, my experience was different. I been coming to this store for years to their previous location as a youngster and now as an adult for either skateboarding or video games recently I’ve been collecting Nintendo games there are some that are priced high But there are also others that are priced really low. It depends what you’re looking for in a true collector is going to fork up the money if they are truly interested in the game if you’re looking for a still a bargain or possibly to get ripped Go to the swap meet I hear they’re cheap there but also highly fake people are different and if you have thick skin and an open mind you can conversation just fine with the owner. He’s been great to me every time I go in there. We communicate about a whole lot not just games. I definitely enjoy the store and would recommend does have a crazy amount of selection of games, overwhelming amount but if you just ask, they will find for you more than likely they will have what you need. I’ve always been told every time I purchase, even though he knows me by now if there’s any issue with the game, bring it back and he will take care of me. He is very reliable and hasn’t stared me wrong.

Good customer service not here, "what do u want?" As a greeting. Dude will offer you less than 30% value in trade credit for your items. Bare minimum to beat out gamestop. The old dude running it has 0 connection to the retro gaming community, for your good go elsewhere.
