I bought an all-around paddleboard and Vesl-pro paddle in December and was impressed with the selection and the customer service. They are really generous about bundling for locals. What a great experience!

From the time I ordered the board until the time it arrived the crew at the shop were in touch with me via email and phone, letting me know what to expect, how to unbox and setup and then making sure I was satisfied. Very cool and professional people!

The board is great! I'm not some elite racer, I just wanted a board that I can exercise on when the surf is flat and I need a change from my SUP. The board FAR surpassed my expectations! It's super well built and VERY comfortable to paddle.

My experience with this crew was amazing, if their boards fit your needs I would absolutely recommend them!

I was blown away by my experience at VESL. After placing my order, I got an email and a call from VESL to confirm my order details and was not only given an overview of their process but also a few recommendations. Before I knew it, I was being given a basic lesson in paddleboarding over the phone. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Many companies talk about great service but few companies deliver such an exemplary white glove customer service experience as VESL. And if that wasn’t enough, I absolutely love my VESL board, it’s a great quality board that looks amazing.

I recently moved to Pacifica, California and wanted to get into Prone Paddleboarding. I wanted to get a high quality board fast, and found VESL's website after googling around. The purchase experience on their website was very easy, and the price for the board was great. In short order after I purchased the board online, I got a phone call from a VESL employee explaining how the shipping process would work. Not too long after that, the board showed up, in beautiful condition. I've taken it out three times already and its been great - though I'm a newbie at prone paddleboarding. Now that I've got a board I just need to find some good forums/communities of other prone boarders! In the meantime I'm enjoying taking the board out at Linda Mar Beach and learning by doing. Very happy with my purchase!

Overall, it as been a good experience with VESL - the prone board shipped quickly, and initially arrived damaged, VESL was quick to communicate and dispatch a second board which also arrived quickly. The board itself is of good quality and paddles well, stable and fast. The board bag fits well and was a great deal when added to the board purchase. The hydration bottle cage also works well. The included chin pad is terrific - while the included fin is a basic plastic. Overall, the price, material, performance, customer service and free shipping makes a VESL prone pretty tough to beat.

Had a really great experience with VESL! The customer service was fantastic. I recently moved from Santa Cruz, California to Wilmington, North Carolina for family. The waves are good here, but not as good as Cali that's for sure, so I needed a way to keep my paddle strength up. I ordered a VESL prone paddle board and it has been awesome! They shipped one cross-country and it arrived within a week of ordering. I can't say enough great things about VESL's prone paddle boards. The way it cuts through the water, it's so fast, and covers distance. I can do a mile or two in less than hour. I've also seen my surfing improve with the recent uptick of solid swell during hurricane season on the east coast. The prone from VESL is definitely helping me with my wave count! Highly recommend VESL for anyone interested in water sports.
