The interactive aspects of the experience were quite enjoyable allowing us to participate in the narratives. The interactions of picking up objects could become more realistic with additional hand gadgets. It would be nice to get a warning before entering the final task that we cannot go back to the other stages. I missed out on reading up about all the artwork posters scattered across the stages in spite of having unlimited time access.

Took my two kids 7&10 to the impossible zoo escape room. Really cool and immersive experience! The team was so nice and helped us know exactly what to expect and how to make it fun. Such a great experience! Definitely recommend!

The staff were SUPER sweet and funny. My best friend and I went on a mission to get to this event and we’re a little lost and phones nearly dead. They charged our phones and when they put the device on from the experience it felt like I was in some black mirror video game. They totally deserve their free pizza!

The ar experience is really cool. I think the art has a lot of room for improvement, but in such early stages its a really cool experience. The employees here are all really nice, and Gabe was particularly polite and kind. I would definitely recommend if you have some downtime to check out these experiences!

We had 2 adult tickets for yesterday December 28th 2022 at 12 to 12:30. We arrived at 11:55 AM, waited in line for 15 minutes until we were told that it would be another 30 minutes before we see the Unreal Garden. At 12:40 we were then told there were 11 groups ahead of us and that many headsets weren't working, leading to our time being delayed for some indefinite time. All the while people with "VIP" tickets were showing up and being let right in. I asked what the purpose of booking an appointment time if they couldn't manage honoring the time we paid for. The man told us he wished "they" wouldn't do that! We left as we had another event to attend. Then finally after 1 PM, over an hour after our time, we were called to let us know it was our turn. On the way out, we noticed horrible sanitizing practice with the headsets, then my wife tripped and fell on the crumpled up carpets that strewn the area. It was the worst experience of our holiday that wasted hours of our time and the only thing that was unreal was the incredibly poor management of this event. I paid $66.04 and demanded a complete and full refund immediately by using the EventBrite "Contact the Organizer" link, but after many tries, I kept getting "there are errors processing your request." There is no other way to contact the organizer now except through Google. What a con job. The other reviews here must be paid for. Save your money and time and give this terrible scam a miss. If I get a refund I will adjust my review.

Update 10:40 AM 12-29: They apologized and gave a refund.

Lauralie was such an awesome host and was so great with helping troubleshoot us, the adults, as well as my young daughter. The patience she has and the confidence in her knowledge made this experience even better than just the AR itself! She helped us with the Impossible Zoo, and having done the Unreal Garden before, this was by far a better experience because of her.

Thanks so much to the Palace of Fine Arts and Lauralie for elevating this Christmas gift to our family to the next level!
