The guys here were very patient as we asked questions about changing phones and plans, and explained our options thoroughly. Very professional and knowledgeable. I wish they still had the really cool stools, though! :)

Awesome! Everyone there was super friendly and cooperative, the lady that helped me out was Stacey and she was very professional - She obviously knew what she was doing and was very efficient at her job. Thanks for an awesome experience, I will definitely promote Verizon in Holbrook to everyone!

The crew that work here do an excellent job. They have positive attitudes and are always on top of excellent customer service. Everytime I drop by this location, I am always confident in my plan changes and purchases with their help.

Stacey was most helpful in teaching an old senior citizen who was never smart enough to own a smart phone, to actually operate one! SHE SPENT AT LEAST 2 HOURS showing me how to empty my storage space, and taught me everything I need to know

Mac mostly did the service I needed but his partner (can’t think of his name) do a fantastic job, get me in and out everytime. By far the friendliest and fastest time I have had in a Verizon store.

Stacy is amazing, I have been here twice and actually enjoyed having to come. She is so helpful and patient with a big genuine smile to go with it. I will probably only come here to do phone business.

Stacey Ann not only helped me out with my phone, she connected it to the Bluetooth in my car. She was kind, happy and lifted my spirits that day. She deserves some extra praise!

Super helpful people. If they didn't know an anwser they would find out what it was. Now that's good customer service. Friendly people. Signed up for Verizon prepaid here since I'm traveling through Arizona (Verizon is literally only service that works and reliable in Arizona)
