Stacey was most helpful in teaching an old senior citizen who was never smart enough to own a smart phone, to actually operate one! SHE SPENT AT LEAST 2 HOURS showing me how to empty my storage space, and taught me everything I need to know

Mac mostly did the service I needed but his partner (can’t think of his name) do a fantastic job, get me in and out everytime. By far the friendliest and fastest time I have had in a Verizon store.

Super helpful people. If they didn't know an anwser they would find out what it was. Now that's good customer service. Friendly people. Signed up for Verizon prepaid here since I'm traveling through Arizona (Verizon is literally only service that works and reliable in Arizona)
