First time, ended up booking 2 sessions back to back lol . Arrive 10 min early so you set up your gamer display name . We did the outbreak first then the undead arena, OUTBREAK was better!! It’s not actual 45 min due to introduction/ instructions but good 30 min each. Staff was friendly ?

Velocity VR has a really fun zombie game that is great for groups. I visited with friends and we booked our time slot in advance, which I absolutely recommend. The employees walk you through how to use the guns, goggles, and headsets for communication. Fair warning, you really should not wear glasses under the VR goggles, so either wear contacts to the gaming center or put your glasses away and decide to squint. I left mine in a locker with our jackets in the entryway, my vision isn’t so bad that I wouldn’t be able to see or move - just not read clearly. There is a focus adjustment on the headset but it wont compensate for really poor vision. Once you are suited up, you are directed into a large room where you play the actual game. It begins with target practice and location training so you don’t run into other players. Since this was my fist time, I had a lot to get used to - I didn’t find the headset very comfortable and the headphones were awkward, but I soldiered on. We shared the time slot with a family and both teams took down zombies. It’s very jarring at first but you catch on as the game moves forward. Our setting was a city building overrun by zombies. I kept screaming because there were a ton of jump scares and zombies from all directions. Tried to keep my cursing to a minimum, but failed. I don’t often play shooting games, so I’m not good in any capacity but I had so much fun. You do have to sign a digital safety waiver beforehand, but we found no issue with it. Totally worth it even though I came in last for zombie kills in my group.

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic time, and it's definitely worth both the time and money. I would encourage everyone to try this at least once, if not more.

This is a really cool place to come with a big group, we tried the go karts and they do go super fast, it was fun but do your research first if you really want to drive this karts hahaha.

Our bday group of 9 wanted to do Axe Throwing and Kart Racing, and maybe VR. We ultimately didn't eat there or checkout Video Arcade. We didn't have 10 minimum Participants to book a Party Pkg. Event Coordinator said NO PROBLEM, JUST WALK IN. Even their website says that. Our group showed up just as they first opened the doors at 10am, and were told the first Race we could join was at 4PM!!! Desk Staff was VERY apologetic, and they wiggled around what they could somehow to get us Racing around 11:30, and squeezed us in to Axe Throw in the meantime. Those people were Awesome!! So it mostly worked out (we'd have done more Racing if we could've, and probably VR). We didn't want to 'chance' ordering food since all was a bit sketchy so far, and just went elsewhere to eat afterwards. I've since heard you can RESERVE slots online without buying a Party Pkg. Oh, I'd left LOTS of msgs over Weeks for that Event Planner with No return calls until I said I was calling her GM. Just reserve online, and plan waaaay ahead.

It was super fun, the first time we went, there was no one at the front and by the time someone came outside they stated we would no longer be able to join the game, appointment was at 4:30p.m. and was moved to 6:30p.m., loved the game, it was an experience like no other so we decided to book another one, first game played was a Zombie's game "Outbreak Origins" and second game was a robots game "Singularity", they did give us a card each valid to play for 1 hour at the arcade in the next building! Will be coming back, I understand that things happen.

So much fun and what a workout it ends up being! The VR games are a blast, they have some classic ones but they also bring new games in. I have an irrational fear of zombies, so my heart rate really gets pumping! It is difficult experience to explain, you just have to be there! The website does a good job of showing you what to expect but it is completely different once you arrive. I recommend getting the two pack! We always regret when we don't because the cost goes up after your first game. Drink some water, use the bathroom before you go in and still your stuff in their free lockers! Have a blast!
