Really bad internet connection in general, extremely slow speeds and the service goes down at least once a month. Almost not worth it. I would use another service if I could.

Well they sold out to Ezwave and now it doesn’t work. They want to come out to do a survey so they can tell you that you need to upgrade and they can make more money.

my family has been a customer here for years and we’ve wanted to leave almost as long as we’ve been with them. They have outages all the time, their speeds are atrociously slow, and they will conduct shady practices to keep you with them like claiming the hardware at your house is too old or not compatible anymore so they can charge you to replace said hardware, when it is fine. The funniest thing is that on multiple occasions we’ve complained about our slow speeds, subsequently gotten speeds that actually match what our plan says we pay for, then reverted to the slower speeds after a month, maybe a month and half. This company’s practices are predatory and immoral. We pay 70 dollars a month for 10 mbps and we get 1mbps 28 days out of the month. We are actively searching for a way to replace this garbage and will as soon as it’s possible. Goodbye velociter.

First of all they are a great provider for internet . Especially since nothing else is available where I live in Linden. Anytime I need a tech I’m not waiting for long periods of time. Service is great with no interruptions. I would however prefer 2/mo billing @ a time opposed to the month. As for the 2 reviews below, I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience with this company.

THIS WIFI IS TRASH!!! I upgraded to the unlimited (the most expensive) and still does not work, have called multiple times and they tell me everything is fine with the wifi connection when its clearly not. They also charge you a cancelation fee and I did not know that you have to give them a months notice to cancel it and they will charge you for the following moths wifi even if you already have a mother provider. and you also have to send an email to said support but I emailed them 9 days ago and still no response . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR WIFI.

Slow during peak hours, i always pay my bill, yet my service is sub par. ( 2 years later I am dealing with the same frustrations, terrible customer service and communication) beware!! (2021 Update - Nothing has changed except now they no longer have customer support just a voicemail for afterhours when you are sure to need it) Going to try Ayera technologies soon as there are few options and i have heard they are better overall.

Providing Internet to places that other providers cannot. 24/7 tech support is always available even during the holidays. Staff is always nice if you ever go to their office: great job on customer service! Internet is reliable and always managed by the Velociter staff.
