My experience is the same as many others here. Rude staff. Bought a defective replacement mouthpiece that didn’t work. They refused to exchange, not refund simply exchange, knowingly selling something that doesn’t work is fraud. The girls were confrontational. After years of going on there will never go back. Much easier to order online from other vendors.

I went into this store on several occasions. I asked for a brand of juice they didn't have and they said they would make a request. They helped me find another brand that isn't too bad. The people working there were always friendly, helpful and professional. They are much nicer than the store in Searcy!

Take your business elsewhere. These people are trash. They knowingly sale faulty lighters and refuse to exchange them. There is a difference between refund and exchange. I hope they realize that selling faulty lighters to consumers makes them 100% liable, if a home burns down. I have been a regular customer for a long time. I won't be going back!

I don't know what happened with this store. Between rude employees and damaged products, I don't recommend doing business here. Many times, I've bought damaged coils or packs of coils for full price with coils missing. In my last experience, the employee snatched a pack of coils out of my hand when I went to inspect the product. He proceded to get combative with me even though I explained I wanted to inspect the product before I bought it. My wife witnesses Mohawk guy being rude to men. We need a new vape shop in Batesville.

I usually go here on a regular but today I went early in the am and even tho the door which was locked at 5:30 am & the website says they are open 24 hrs they actually we not open!? Needless to say I am reconsidering my business with them. I wasted gas & time going there!
