I decided to pawn a few items at this location and although the amount I received for the items was considerably less than the retail value, that is to be expected at a pawn store.

What I didn’t expect is to go back the next day to buy back one of the items and be told I need to wait 30 days for it to be resold at their new price. The claim was that I sold the items rather than pawning them. I don’t ever go to pawn shops but I know for an absolute fact, that I was not asked whether I’d like to “sell” or “pawn” the items.

Lilly, the manager refused to help me and had one of the worst attitudes I’d ever seen. If you have to go to a pawn store, there are two across the street that are much better options imo

Omg this is the best Pawnshop I ever found in my life. They are awesome they’re friendly affordable the manager of the store, Martha OMG she’s the best and they clean your jewelry. And the other agent here who name is Ralphy it’s so awesome. The prices are very affordable. I will always come back and you get points that you can use towards your next purchase.
