2016 feb stayed 1 week. Homestake Condos (A103). Good for 2 buddies or family of 3.
PROS:
Very affordable price range. Much cheaper than most alternatives.
Location is superb, 3 min from a bus (free) stop.
Kitchen has everything you need to cook.
Everything is in a working order
CONS:
Need an awd to get to the place. We had rough time with front wheel rental.
Old place (if you want fancy, you will pay much more or further away)
Very cold air drafts on the 1st floor (maybe put door draft stoppers).
Occasional drops form WiFi

This has got to be the absolute worst rental agency in entire Vail. Terrible customer service and highly misleading the their properties. They do not care at all about clients. Avoid them at all costs!

Vail Realty, 3 horas y 70+ llamadas para obtener ayuda

Nos hemos alojado con Lee y Vail Realty en sus propiedades casi todos los años durante los últimos 15 años y hemos gastado miles de dólares con ellos. Los lugares son más asequibles para Vail y, por lo general, están en buenas ubicaciones. Están equipados de la manera más barata posible con 3-4 tenedores, un par de copas de vino y sartenes con el teflón desprendiéndose de ellas. Muchos no se han actualizado desde los años 80.

Mi papá y yo alquilamos un condominio Vail Trails de 2 habitaciones de Vail Realty en enero de 2024. Nos registramos, la persona de Vail Realty nos dio el código de la puerta y fuimos a la unidad. La puerta estaba abierta, por lo que no necesitábamos el código para entrar. Desempacamos y salimos a cenar. Al regresar de la cena, el código de la puerta no funcionó. No es gran cosa, pero lo que sucedió después fue un patético servicio al cliente. Tomó más de 3 horas y 70+ llamadas a la línea fuera del horario de atención para obtener ayuda. 1 de cada 20 llamadas fue respondida por el "servicio de contestador" de Vail Realty.

Todos, excepto el último que realmente se conectó con un humano que ayudó. En las raras ocasiones en que alguien respondía, la gente del otro lado colgaba o no podía comunicarse con nadie en Vail Realty para ayudar. Pensé que mi papá de 79 años y yo íbamos a pasar la noche durmiendo en el pasillo fuera de la unidad.

Después de 3 horas, la persona finalmente se puso en contacto con Lee, cuya respuesta indignada fue "Esta es la primera vez que escucho de esto"

Al día siguiente, el personal de mantenimiento vino a mirar la cerradura y nos prometió que Lee se pondría en contacto para hablar. Pasaron unos días y no hubo ninguna llamada de Lee. Llamamos a la oficina y hablamos con alguien que trabajaba allí. Prometieron una llamada de Lee. Pasa una semana, así que llamo y Lee contesta. Le expliqué lo que sucedió y Lee simplemente responde sin ninguna disculpa y solo una respuesta de "eso nunca había sucedido antes". Dijo que lo investigaría y se pondría en contacto conmigo. Lee nunca se molestó en devolverme la llamada después de esa conversación.

Según mi experiencia, Lee no valora la seguridad de sus huéspedes. Tampoco le importan los clientes habituales y el dinero que le hemos dado a lo largo de los años. Hay muchas opciones cuando se trata de alquilar un lugar en Vail. Te sugiero que busques en otra parte.
