I have authorized retailers near me where I could buy their products but I rather travel to their store! Prices and promos in store are incredible. VBP is the brand I work with the most the quality of all products is amazing. The pigment on gel polishes from neon colors to glitters will give you full coverage with just one layer. My clients nails remain intact no lifting nor chipping even after a month their top coat durability is insane. I recently added their rubber base to my collection and had great feedback from my clients as well. I don’t mind paying full price for their quality products but they always have great deals. Their bonder I don’t negotiate it! It is the best!!!!! Recommend 100 percent!

I love v beauty pure products! Every new drop I be sure I buy it! The cover acrylics eat down!! As a beginner nail tech I must say I haven’t been disappointed yet! Out all my orders only one may have been late but the customer service team was awesome at resolving my issue and this made me more confident to continue supporting this brand! I check everyday for new products and I follow all social media outlets!! They make great content and keep ppl like me on my toes for new designs & different ways to use my products! The newest drop of the glitter rubber base is chef’s kiss perfection!!

I ordered from this company and two weeks later I still have no product and they still have my money. They initiated a lost mail search, and sent me an email saying they are not responsible for anything once the package leaves fulfillment. So what am I supposed to do. A lost mail search could take months.

They have not offered me a refund or a replacement order; they just said they are not responsible. When I asked for a refund, they just ignored the email. How does a company operated like this? Never again.

I have ordered a few times now from VBeauty Pure. The product is great and the shipping is fast.
My recent order was actually 2 separate orders I placed the same day. I like that they are smart enough to package both orders together for shipping.
I made the 2 separate orders based on a deal they had. By doing the orders separately I saved an extra $20.
I had notifications with tracking and all. Very happy. Not sure why other people say they have a poor experience?
