Excellent game store! Sold my ps3 here since I couldn't sell it online. The consoles are a bit pricey, but all are in the best condition! The poke tournaments are pretty fun too

Most of the store employees are friendly. Pat, when I asked one in particular about a price of a game, he seemed very bothered because he was processing the trades. That employee needs a reality check. No one needs to shop at your store, especially when there's customer service value the item that is being purchased could have been easily purchased on Amazon in less than 5 minutes. The sad part is it was the same as price as Amazon. I drove 40 minutes for terrible service.

I absolutely love taking my family here. The staff isn't just awesome, but they are also knowledgeable! Hands down the best spot for games, consoles, trading cards, and much, much more! I've had some extremely great experiences here that went way above and beyond a normal store. 5 stars all day.

The staff is pretty cool. The environment is cool. But I’m forced to give a negative review because the 8 dollar used LEGO game that I bought today didn’t work. I’m 45 minutes away so the return trip isn’t worth it. I can see a crack or scratch on back side of the disk that prevents it from being read on my Xbox one X.

I love this place. The staff are all helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of games, just about anything you could want. They run tournaments for many games and I always enjoy playing there. I always feel very welcome.

The selection of video games is nice. Definitely look around thoroughly, as they will have the same game with different pricing. My only complaint is that there are a couple of staff members who lack proper customer service, like moody types, despite being super kind and patient with them. One of the main guys who is there often (not the owner) seems annoyed with his tone of voice when getting multiple games like it's some great inconvenience for him to do his job.

Utopia is hands down one of the best stores I’ve ever visited! Whether you're a fan of retro games, trading cards, or collectibles, this place is a dream come true. Their selection is incredible – everything from vintage Nintendo and Sega titles to rare Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering cards.

What really sets this place apart is the owner, Cody. He’s absolutely amazing – friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. Cody went above and beyond to help me track down a hard-to-find game I’d been searching for forever. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and creating a great experience.

The store itself has a fantastic vibe – nostalgic decor, organized shelves, and even retro consoles. Prices are fair, and the quality of the items is top-notch.

If you’re into retro gaming or trading cards, Utopia is a must-visit! I’ll definitely be back again

Cool store and great prices. I don’t recommend buying any controllers from here. They are at a good price but for ex the Wii controller I bought here was weird with the movement and response to actions in game compared to a legit Wii controller. The motion’s sensitivity was too exaggerated to even play a game. When I went back for a refund (paying ~$27), I wasn’t told till then that there is an restocking fee which brings down to $21 in store credit-
