Kevin Nelson has been amazing. With my husband deployed and a baby on the way, I have been able to confide and trust that he is handling everything for me. A tornado came through our area and he was prompt on checking on our place and getting his men to make sure it was in good condition. I have been VERY happy with US mobile homes and will recommend them to anyone.

Kevin Nelson is supposed to be the manager. He is a poor excuse. He has gave us nothing but trouble about getting a home setup in Panama City. They have a list from the city that has to be followed to the letter. He can’t do it. He has given us the run around. I will never do business with him again. He is not a man of his word.

Stopped in to check on a price of a home on the lot. Was given a price list and the sells person did not offer to go show me the house. This is not the old US Mobile Homes when Gerald Gauss was running it. He would have taken time to showe around and answer any questions. Went to the competition not the road and got excellent service. I don't think I will be going back!

Save yourself the headache of unprofessional, rude and incompetent service and find another dealer. This was hands-down the worst buying experience I've ever had and I've purchased and built three homes in the past. Just say no!
