Note: No outside food or drink unless you have "Reserved" a birthday party. Then cake is fine.
Some parts you can be too tall to enjoy unless you become staff. Can't tell you what those are until after you purchase the most expensive package.
The ball pit doesn't always smell like a flooded bathroom.
The candy machine actually has some candy that you can purchase when it works or already hasn't been vandalized!
There's a photo booth machine for when your camera phone isn't available.
The staff is always friendly and will help locate your missing parent who is usually lounging in the massage chair that they have yet to put money in or allow others to use while they're connecting with their secret side piece

We had a great time there and mainly our kid. The service was very good and there are a lot of different entertained games for all ages.
I suggest they can fix the bowling area that is not completely functional ( at least 15 days ago). There are missing bowls and balls.
We're satisfied though and we spent 3 funny hours!
We got the tickets online and came by noon, we had to wait nothing at the entrance but I could see after one or two hours was already a big line waiting for the tickets.

My family and I were very unsatisfied. The waitress was the only saving grace. We ordered three pizzas. 2 were cold but done but the third was very cold and not completely done. There are dangerous places in the ball bin that was the cause of a scraped knee. The bowling lanes that we were given was missing a pin. After bowling a strike, it did not give credit for the missing pin which was agrivating to some of the kids. Separately purchased wings and fries where the fries were awful and cold. After spending a few hundred dollars, I am confident that my family and I will not be back!

Bought two platinum memberships online. When we went there. I regretted buying them because Almost everything is in terrible condition.

This was our first visit to a Urban Air park. Our party consisted of three adults and four kiddos (ages 4,6,10,13).

Although it's not disclosed before you purchase the tickets, the pass is only good for 3 hours, keep this in mind if your expecting to meet up with other individuals at the park.

We purchased the platinum package with expectations of getting what we paid for. The platinum package cost $10 more per person and offers three attractions that are not available on the ultimate package:
*unlimited "Spin Zone" bumper cars
*unlimited "Virtual Reality"
1 game of Bowling.

Unfortunately, only 2 of the 10 bumper cars were operable as the other 8 were not working, the virtual reality only had one partially operable headset (no sound) and all the bowling lanes were closed. Our group of kiddos were unable to play together because of the broken attractions. As a recommendation, I wouldn't advise purchasing the "upgrade" unless your into being disappointed. Ask before you buy if all attractions are available.

The temperature of the the indoor park was unbearable for the for the first 2 and a half hours, it seems like the AC kicked on after 12:30 PM.

All but four of the staff seemed to be unhappy employees. The few that attempted to create that "magical fun experience" for guest were spot on for customer service. Thier shining efforts however, were eclipsed by the gloominess of the mass of their fellow workers.

I take my kids atleast 3 times a month. The place is clean and the staff is helpful whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. It can get pretty congested in the building with parents and kids running around. But each team never keeps an eye out for safety and even plays with the kids depending on the trampoline attraction in the park. Another parent pointed out that there was a safety issue on one of the trampolines and a team member named Dedrick made sure he let his manager know as well as keep the area closed off until he could fix it. Each time me and my kids come to this location we leave happy ?

The restrooms where absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper and urine all over the floors. Parents absolutely need to remain with the children they bring for safety. Over half the employees spent their time not paying attention to what was going on around them. Witnessed several occasions where kids attacked other kids. On the ninja course there was no one there to keep the kids out of the balls while people where on the obstacles above them. Someone is seriously going to get hurt. The pizza was good but it tasted like someone dumped a shaker of salt in the loaded waffle fries

My kid enjoyed this place it’s so much better than the other locations. I want to thank Marcus at the front for assisting me with 9 waivers, he made it very simple and fast! Can’t wait to come again.
