Thank you all for your posts. I've been trying all day to purchase some classes but their site isn't allowing me to enter in my credit card information. When I tried to contact them for support (I called their number in San Francisco), I found there is NO SUPPORT, and no one to call!! I do not want to give them any money for classes that may not work. I will find a more reputable company to work with. Thanks again for letting me know ahead of time.

I purchase 9 courses on 12-17-2024, and I can't locate anything in My Learning, my subscription...nothing no where! I was so looking forward for some me time during this holiday to complete these courses. And to my surprise they completed my money transaction but forgot about me. And the number that is listed this no help!

If I could give no star I would. The worst experience Ive had. It was going fine until I went to continue my Data Entry Class (I was about 1/2 way through) and a message popped up saying the course is no longer available to me. I try EVERYTHING I could to get in touch with customer support, to no avail. I would STAY AWAY from this company at all costs.

I totally judge a company, product, or service not at the "point of sale" -  when they are getting my money, but, when I need help solving a problem.

I  did not get that type of technical or problem solving support with a quiz I was taking. It's my first time using UDEMY and I'm not sure if I'm going to use them again.

I looked everywhere and online to get to the quote Health Center which is absolutely invisible and to me impossible to find! I totally hit the wall with the tempting to contact them by email chat feature or attempt to have the telephone call it doesn't exist. or if it does, it is hidden under a learning rock

It should not be such a big deal. my time has value just as their time as value. I expect my time to be valued - just as I would have the same professional courtesy to UDEMY'S time. I have been an educator for my entire life. I believe that learning is a lifelong process.

I am taking the FAA 107A Drone Application and Compliance Course to obtain my Remote Pilot In Control (RPIC) & Smal Unmaned l Aircraft System (sUAS.)

I got up to a quiz - on my laptop computer, & it program wasn't allowing me to put in an answer. Not rocket science! ALL I needed was a little professional help and support from UDEMY to get through this situation.

I sent an email to the UDEMY CS SUPPORT  PERSON – Initials (B.S.) who emailed to welcomed me. I got a message immediately backed up my email was BLOCKED! NG@ALL4ME. Wow!

These are only my thoughts, ideas, opinions, and current experiences with UDEMY. If you had a five-star experience - great for you. I would have loved to have had a five-star experience. I experienced a two-star experience at the most.

FINALLY, I just need to clarify that the course instructor is completely committed to giving as much information as possible to pass the FAA 107A Test.

Paid for course a few months back.....due to illness I only completed a couple of lessons....came back today to restart.....no access to course....no way to inquire to see why they took my money but didn't provide course access later.....how do you spell non reputable company in one word ...... Udemy.
,......... (New additional comment) Well, its been 8 months since my post above and Udemy hasn't made any attempts to contact me to resolve my problem ... Reputable companies monitor consumer feedback such as this Google site and make attempts to improve their consumer service.... But not Udemy .... Don't get caught like I did with this loser company.

Great courses. I have never had a problem with a refund within the 30-pay published policy. Those who have, may have a problem with reading comprehension. I have taken courses ranging from Office apps to Oxford Economizes.
