On February 18 2025 at approximately [7:00pm time], I visited the Turner's Outdoorsman store locate at Corona Grffin Way 92879 to purchase ammunition as I’m also airline pilot. During the transaction, while I was discussing the purchase with my father, who accompanied me, store management intervened and accused us of attempting a straw purchase. This accusation was made without any prior indication of suspicion or opportunity for clarification. Despite my being a licensed gun owner and the legal purchaser of the ammunition, the store management refused to complete the transaction. I believe this refusal was based on a misinterpretation of our interaction and a lack of due diligence on the part of the store management. I am concerned that this incident reflects a potential misunderstanding of legal purchasing practices and could lead to unfair treatment of other customers. Worst kind of racism I faced. Rude manager Mark and the old lady. Wish I can give this place zero stars frustrating. I been to this place for two years this happened.

Unfortunately this store of Turners has been nothing but disappointments. Most of the staff has horrible customer service and always have an attitude. I’ve bought multiple things from them before. However every time I go in it’s worse than the one before.

Extremely helpful staff. I have bought my handgun and rifle from here. They will explain everything to you about EVERYTHING regarding firearms, laws, safety. When ever I have a question, sometimes I will just come in to ask and not even buy anything and they don't mind! They love helping people and educating the public and it really shows. I never have considered buying a firearm from anywhere else.

To me customer service is a top priority when reviewing or going places, and they absolutely nail it! If you have any questions about firearms or laws, don't be afraid to ask them, here I feel no question is a dumb question, because sometimes people really don't know and they will help you.

If you are in the market for a new gun but don't know exactly what to buy or things like that, stop in and they will ask you questions and recommend items based on your answers and how you feel about different things.

This is my go-to for firearms. I tried a more local place and realized quickly why Turners is where I keep going back to. 20+ years shopping there and glad Sportsman’s reminded me why I shop at Turners. Awesome staff!

By far the worst experience at a turners store. I arrived around 230pm, had six customers Infront of me. Figured I wouldn't wait long. Boy was I wrong, waited over 1½ for my turn. This was on a Tuesday as well. The had 1 employee helping a gentleman with his purchase and someone else who I believed was a manager named Michael. I understand giving the customer great service and attention but making all the other customers wait this long is ridiculous. One customer made his purchase but the manager kept making small talk with the customer he helped. They talked for a good hour about topic not related to guns or ammo. We saw four other customers walk out the store not wanting to wait. Sure I could have left the store as well but I did a 20-minute drive to get to the store might as well just wait it out. I'm a fan of turners but wont return to this branch and would advise other to avoid. Once again I understand this might be good customer service but not to the extent that your making other customers wait long enough that they'd rather leave the store empty handed. Might have made one customer happy but you made 5 customers very upset seems counterproductive.

This location is always busy but the line goes quickly. Staff is always very helpful and kind. Picked up some ammo that was on sale 500 rounds for $159. In and out in less than 10 min including background check.
