AMAZING! Epic gaming shop...tons of room...games happening...and a Bar=THE SHORT REST TAVERN hiding in the back. Aspen was super helpful. Good selection. Used games available. Prices okay.
Dice and minis somewhat limited.

Vibe and atmosphere is really cool. I love the little tavern. They have a huge selection of games and accessories. We ordered food but were very disappointed. I'd recommend to just go to the food court. We ordered burgers and fries. The burgers were akin to frozen school lunch burgers that were microwaved and the fries were like frozen from a bag too. The price is not justifiable for what you get. Come for the games and atmosphere but don't order food.

A Disappointing Gaming Experience

Tucson Games and Gadgets has unfortunately become a place I dread visiting. The staff, particularly Sean/Shaun, consistently creates a hostile and unwelcoming environment. Their aggressive and condescending demeanor, especially when it comes to the arbitrary "table fee," is a major turn-off. It seems that the store's primary focus is on extracting as much money from customers as possible, rather than fostering a positive gaming community.

The store's lack of communication and organization is also a significant issue. I’ve pre-ordered items and never received a notification about their arrival. This kind of neglect is unacceptable and disrespectful to customers.

If you're looking for a gaming store that values its customers and provides a positive experience, I highly recommend checking out Arcanum Sanctorum. Their friendly staff and excellent customer service make it a much more enjoyable place to shop and play.

Visited Tucson for 6 months. Discovered this place in the mall. It is phenomenal. Great employees, if you love miniature/board games this is the place. Don’t forget their “hidden” tavern that serves different kinds of alcohol in the back. Playing games, drinking beer. Love it here

I dont play board games much, but the tavern in the back has alot of fun ones. The setting in the tavern is different from what you'd find in Tucson. It has a medieval meets your living room theme. I like bringing friends and family from out of town.

Don't buy Bandai model kits here. They over charge significantly. They're charging $450 for a $290 MSRP kit that's currently in print and printed often.

They used to charge $400 for a different $290 kit that also gets printed all year long.

Tucson Games and Gadgets at the Tucson Mall has a pretty good selection of tabletop role-playing games, board games, card games, Magic, Lorcana, and Pokemon trading card games. They have the Short Rest Tavern, which serves craft meads and ales. They now have a soda fountain with Pepsi Products, hot tea, hot chocolate in the winter, and a variety of creatively named bar food snacks. They have a bit of everything for everyone. The front counter has your typical snacks and bottled/canned drinks. They run games throughout the week and have trivia and movie nights. The store staff is lovely and very kind. They even run children's D&D on Saturdays from 12-4. It's worth checking out. You can sit in the bar, the event room where Trivia takes place, the trading card game area, or the TTRPG area and play games.

What a cool place to find in the mall as this is a hidden treasure. Don’t forget to look in the back they have a cool little bar area. Being in this place is a great escape to enjoy yourself.

The best thing about Tucson Games and Gadgets is by far their Pub area. They have a great store in general for the nerd hobbyist. I would love to see this company go nationwide with this model.
