Was great for a couple of years. Then all the sudden they double billed me. I called and they took care of it promptly. The next month they double billed me again. The lady I spoke to took care of it and promised it wouldn't happen again. Next month double.billed again. I sent and email with no response. I called and left a voicemail...no response. Called the next week and they finally took care of it. The ptoduct was good but customer service tanked. 3rd time was the charm, decided to go with another company.

It's great while it works, but once a technical error arises on their end, it becomes a huge mess. My trackers have not been updating stop times on my online activities report for the last nine days and all I keep hearing is "I am not sure when the problem will be fixed, but a technical support team is working on it." Not to mention, I am still paying for this service that is not properly working. Nine days to fix a technical problem is ridiculous if you ask me, especially if you are using this company for business purposes. This is not a company that fixes their mistakes in a timely manner.

Amazing attention to the clients I contact them in behave of one of our clients to manage their work vehicles location and their fleet and since they start with the demo on the first month the saving results were superior and also the entire company results.
