If you're looking to purchase a home in Florida, I highly recommend Steve and the Treviso Realty team. I'm located in NY and I needed an experienced and motivated Florida realtor to help my family purchase a new home build in SW Florida. I'm so happy that I found Steve. He's the best! He's always easy to reach, returns calls and texts promptly and has unlimited patience for the million questions we had. He's also extremely knowledgeable of the area we were looking to purchase a home in. The Treviso Realty YouTube page and Instagram acct have numerous videos made by Steve of several new communities in SW Florida and the model homes that we were interested in. This made it so much easier to start researching communities and homes while we were in NY. Steve literally does drone fly overs of community and home build progress!
