The museum staff were so kind and knowledgeable. We took our grandkids, and they really enjoyed looking at all the large planes. They were able to even get in a space shuttle capsule that goes up and down. Reading the history of the planes was very interesting. This is definitely worth a visit. It's free to everyone. Donations are greatly appreciated. Once again, the staff were all so pleasant and kind. Take a moment out of your day and visit. They might be closed on Sunday's and holiday's.

One of the best aviation museums I've been to on any military base. There's so much packed into a small area.

The museum is a great one with plenty to see. There are planes outside and a few inside. They even have a replica of a Fat Man Atom bomb. Because it's on an active military base, you need to check in at the visitor center first. Make sure you have 2 forms of government IDs.Then someone will come and drive you to the museum.

Great place to see AF history and cool planes. The WASP section needs a bit more content. Dusting and cleaning are needed. Great place to bring kids. The lighting is harsh inside (florescent) which makes photography difficult.

A nice but small aviation museum (4-5 star quality but a 2-3 star size). It gives some account of the historic significance of this base.... first supersonic flight, etc., as well as a small sample of some early space exploration test vehicles, and late model tactical aircraft.

Unfriendly and heavily armed people at the front gate demanded to see my papers. I had a valid California driver's license but it was in my digital wallet instead of a physical ID, which they claimed meant I had to leave. Really surly folks here. Should have expected people running a death machine exhibition to be a bit grumpy and authoritarian, I suppose.

Great little Air Museum. Lots of nice airframes outside, and fun enjoyable show pieces inside. Very spacious and an easy museum to navigate.

Loved the tail and nose art display. And the wall dedicated to the Berlin Air Lift...

Good little gift shop as well... niice staff.
