Horrible customer service, have tried multiple ways to get a hold of someone so we can get paid on a load and the broker uses this system. If you go to their site it shows how to for everything but nowhere to create the profile. After sitting on hold, the call just goes blank. The chat bot says there's no one to assist you and to try again later. Literally the worst system.

Terrible customer service. Our salesperson was "new" according to the accounting department after I launched several complaints. I was not explained charges correctly, when I called back to confirm the charges before signing the contract, I was told that charge was only if I use a certain service, in the end the charge is a weekly charge whether you use the service or not. I have tried multiple times to get someone to correct the issue. I started questioning the fees day 3 after signing up, and a month later I have had no resolve, except for management members calling and telling my only choice is to buy out our contract for $2700.00
Very rude and unprofessional.

I was not happy with this experience. First the communication about the cost was missing in the beginning. I didn't get the cost until after receiving the entire kit. Which I didn't need this harness, just the Eld. Now this was the second one I had to replace .The first one was only 64 dollars. The email that was sent for this invoice was 184. For over a week or two I requested a label to send all or part of the items back. Which I was told I had to pay to ship it back. Mind you I only requested the eld. She agreed to credit about 40 dollars for the harness when they received it back. Which left a balance of 140 plus, that I'm still curious about. I know 15 was for shipping ,eld is 100. Only thing I see it would be is if they charged me 35 instead of the 15 I requested for shipping . Which tells me you're shipping what you want and how you want . Forget what the customer wants. Then telling the customer they have to pay to ship back your mistake. I do give the guy that finally got me the label two thumbs up.

p.s The older ones were less of a headache . I've been calling since I connected this G9

Horrible system and no support. We were told integration would be seamless with our operating system. Nothing is working, dispatch can't see drivers hours or current locations in McLeod. Some drivers show WY one moment, SC an hour later.
The drivers are equally frustrated, they lose signal and can't change their log status, they can't erase general messages but can wipe away a trip with an accidental swipe of the finger.
Once the contract is signed with the carrier, they quit responding. I spoke with other carriers with different Operating systems than McLeod and they are having all the same issues we are.

My problems come from the inability to show I am home off duty do to a lack of some sort of geo-fencing showing my home address.
On going problems stopping my hours clock after my breaks of two hours or more.
Don’t want to throw anyone under the bus but ….

Not a valid reason given as to why location needs to be enabled all the time, even when not using the app. Simply disabling then enabling when you have to use it isn't good. Sure, it can be done but if the carrier isn't using the features listed that require location on always, why not just let the other users set it to only while using the app? You don't need to know my location at all times. Very difficult to believe you're not collecting and selling data.

I lose connectivity every day, multiple times a day. The company I work for chose this system. I have to constantly email them my BOL's. I'm on my home wifi and have been getting "Service currently unavailable. Please try again later." This for over an hour.
