Lori helped me with some games and PlayStation. She’s was so sweet and right on about the wonderful price I payed and My kids are so happy about it. Just wonderful person, lovely human. This is a great family run business. I have used them for many years. Recently I brought my Fathers watch in to be sized and not only was the gentleman helpful & friendly, the work was done well and the price was more than reasonable! Thanks Traders!!

I went into traders and had the pleasure of dealing with Gio and he is a young man but definitely knows his way around the business and was very knowledgeable and helpful I would strongly recommend looking for Gio if you are ever in store. Disclaimer:Im not saying you will get treated poorly by anyone there because all of the employees are very nice! but Gio is just a great guy.

Bunch of kids working not knowing what they talking about or selling. Very disappointed. Was looking to trade 35g of jewelry for 27g and they wanted me to pay $500+tax on top as well. Remind you that one piece of jewelry had natural diamonds as well so I was already losing to begin with but didn't mind due to the fact every pawn shop needs to make money somehow. But trying to charge me $1500+tax for a 27g 10k bracelet is devious enough, but now you wanna make over $1000 profit off of me when the bracelet is only $1500. Didn't even wanna work with me on pricing too. At least for trading stuff, this is not the place to go.

I’ll never shop retail for jewelry again!! They have the best deals and excellent customer service. I’ve bought a bunch of jewelry and I’ve also had jewelry repair here - no complaints!
