The place has great things but I am highly dissatisfied at the fact that I spent over $200 just to see that some of my items are not in my bag. I don’t know if it was because the cashier broke one of my pieces & forgot to bag the rest of my stuff or what . I have tried to contact this place multiple times due to the fact that I was just there yesterday. No one has picked up the phone . Also I do not live in Florida . So it would be a long drive to get my items I purchased

Cheap toys, cheap clothing marked up wayyyy too much. Tourist trap. Avoid this place unless you wanna spend a bunch of money on junk!

Didn’t have a good experience. Lady was rude. I accidentally knocked off a shot glass while looking at things above it. It must have been on the edge of the shelf because I barely touched it. I already knew I was going to pay for it and didn’t mind. But when the lady rung up the shirt I was getting for my kid, she said the price and looked at me with an attitude and said “that’s for the shot glass”. If she would’ve asked me to please buy the shot glass, I would have. The way she handled it was wrong. I won’t be going there again. Ps, they have way too many breakables for a kids store!!! “TOY kingdom”? My kid doesn’t need a shot glass!

This is not a toy store, it's a t-shirt store. The entire middle of the store is t-shirts. The walls are t-shirts. There are 3 displays of those stupid poppers. MAYBE a fourth of the store is cheap, dollar store quality toys. Nothing unique, mostly shirts. Definitely a stop you can skip.

I bought a bubble machine for my son for $15 and when I took it out of the box I realized it didn't come with batteries which is fine I was going to buy some batteries but the lady that works there the bubble machine and said she would find some batteries for me and I thought she was just being nice so I was grateful and thanked her but later I found out they took the bubbles added another lid that I knew I had took off previously hope two holes in it and super glued it up into the bubble machine where it couldn't be used again so I just spent $15 on a bubble machine that I can only use one time thanks a lot

Rude staff. Enough said. I'm a local and when I bring my family into your store you better at least act like you care. I couldve walked in and started throwing merchandise around but I was polite and still got stared at like I have 2 heads. Store won't make it.

Google says they open at 9am. The pier park website says 10. It was 10:30 when we tried to enter and the doors were locked. We saw an employee inside and he looked at us but did nothing. At least come to the door to let us know if you are going to be open today. I also tried to call but there was no answer!
