efficient at getting me sorted out and de-vexed. They installed the future for me while I watched and helped. So nice that they are nearby. But…. UPDATE.the staff must have changed enough from 2023 that I’m going from 2 to 5 stars. Very helpful. I needed to get my bill down ..Dropped a couple things w no up-sell pressure, nor did my need to reduce put me at the back of the line. Johnny was astute and wasted no time in getting to me. People seemed at ease and friendly. Glad to get straightforward info to make decisions and be on my way. Nice not to have to deal with tension between useless neophytes.

I had the most wonderful experience at this location. Not only did they immediately address my needs, I could feel the good energy the moment I walked in. Customer service is key and major for me; that is exactly what I was introduced with as soon as I walked in.

I was so impressed that I had to meet the manager! This team rocks and anytime I have a need or want to upgrade, I am coming to this store hands down.

If you need help with plan selection, device choice, or anything relating to phone plans and tech, THIS location is the one to choose! They are called the "experience" store for a reason. All their staff are friendly, helpful and patient. They shared with us what were the best deals, and were honest about plans and options. We were taken care of each step of the way. The store is clean and organized. Overall, a very enjoyable visit!

Vanessa was a very professional, kind, understanding person. With an understanding personality. And it's wonderful to see someone take pride in their job. Also, Frankie, and Eva are superb, kind cause I took up a lot of their time, and they stayed with me as I asked a whole bunch of questions.
