Accidentally bought the wrong charger cord for my iPhone and don’t realize it had been over 2 weeks . They let me exchange it anyhow and even recommended and gave info on other services of interest to us. Sales associate was so helpful and nice, our go to TMobile spot for sure!

Thank you so much for always going above and beyond. My modem was not working today. I had a horrible experience at the T-Mobile in the Flagstaff mall, but once I got to Ryan’s T-Mobile, they made everything better. They were able to fix my modem And had such a positive attitude the entire time, they did not make me feel like a burden thank you so much I will be going to this T-Mobile to do all my business going forward

Sorry Justice it took so long, I've been on the new phone that you helped me get!

at the time of service justice was about 3 weeks into training, he helped me with a difficult process.

I wanted to keep my prepaid phone and get a 'regular' one, while keeping my old number, and there was a third phone involved, so it was a whole thing.

I already knew it was going to be a process and that there would be stumbles along the way. patience is important when dealing with technology so, please have it when interacting with the staff.

they're doing their best and I ended up walking out a happy customer!

I PURPOSELY didn't go to this store for 4 years because it always look broken down or closed. If you have the money spend it and your foot traffic will increase immensely. Right now its giving, "we're on the verge of closing", " everything must go," vibe

We received the best service we could have asked for! Brittany set us up with our great family plan, phones and internet! She was amazing and knowledgeable about the plans, products and instructions. I’m so happy I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. So far we are loving our service and phone. I highly recommend this store and ask for Brittany! She is awesome!!

We are on a cross country motorcycle trip and one of our phones was smashed beyond recognition. I called this store as it was the closest to Williams, Az where we are staying. I spoke with Brittney and asked if they had an iPhone 15 in stock as well as a Max and a Pro. She stated they had one in blue and they range $800-$1200. We went to the store (30 minutes out of our way), when we got there we were greeted by another male team member. He had an indifferent attitude about the situation we were in. He was having trouble getting his tablet to work. After looking at the account, he informed us there was no insurance through TM. We didn’t care we just needed a new phone. So then he tries to sell us a regular iPhone 15. We stated we wanted a Pro Max, the associate said they did not have one. I explained my conversation with Brittney. Then he said a customer came in and got an upgrade so they didn’t have any . He also stated the manager was unpacking boxes in the back but never went to ask if they got any in that shipment. By this time we are aggravated. Brittney was finished with her customer and said we could call the mall location to see if they have one. She attempted to call them but no one answered. No apologies, no willingness to help, just sent us to the mall. As we walked out of the store I called the mall and they answered. They had what we needed and went there. During our interaction with the mall associate, we were told the first store we were at had 6 Pro Max!
The owner should hire people that are willing to sell their inventory and not just collect a pay check. We have been with TM for over 20 years and this is by far the worst customer service we have encountered.

EDIT: The "response" must be AI generated. All their responses are the same general and bland statement. They aren't gonna do anything about it. They haven't yet done anything about the old problems or they wouldn't keep getting the same kind of complaints here.

Such BAD cistomer service. I went to the T Mobile at Plaza Way to get a new phone. It was put on my sons family plan (in Florida). We had to coordinate between their T Mobile store in Florida with this one. They were the ones choosing everything and paying for it. All choices came from them.
Diego (the kid at this store) was pushy and rude. He countered everything that was going on and kept interrupting. He and his partner were complaining that they weren't going to get $5 for this sale and they would have to do all the work. They kept trying to upsell ME, when it was coming out of Florida. I was getting upset with the kid for his pushiness and rudeness. I got rude back. He expected an apology, and his partner agreed. I figured that if we were going to get ANY actual customer service out of these brats, I had better apologize. Instead of him also apologizing for his rudeness and pushiness, he "accepted" my apology as though he won a game. I closed my mouth and only did the transaction with the partner. They still continued to complain that they weren't getting paid for this sale. I did admit that they WERE going to get a tip from me, but definitely NOT now. The partner finally shut up. At one point, the salesman from Florida had to talk to this guy because even HE was getting frustrated. The partner finally did the minimum work necessary and got the transaction completed on this end. I decided to tip him a little because he did actually (finally and begrudgingly) do the job. He said I didn't have to. At this point, I didn't know if he was being cheeky or not. Diego needs a different job or better customer service training.
