We have stayed in many hotels in Vail over the years.|From the moment we arrived at the Tivoli Lodge, we knew this was a truly unique setting. The hotel is beautiful and mere steps from the mountain. The lobby has magnificent views of the mountain. Marjorie, Claire & Madison at the front desk were so of welcoming & helpful throughout our stay. Greg, the doorman was unbelievably helpful & knowledgeable. No matter what we needed, he always helped us with a smile. Stefan $ Jocelyn were so accommodating with our breakfast each morning, The man, whose name escapes me, took our skiis at the end of each day, also warmed our boots each night. The hot tub outside the lobby, with beautiful Mountain View’s, was a congregating apres ski place. We met wonderful people from the US & beyond. Finally the rooms couldn’t be more comfortable!|We found our Favorite lodge in Vail!

My fiancee and I had a wonderful time here! The doormen and front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved the outdoor hot tub.

The rooms were clean. And house keeping was always timely and top notch.

The location is great. A bus comes right by the hotel and it's close to the shops of Vail Village and the gondola.

We'll gladly come back to such a lovely lodge!

If you don’t like the wonderful fluffy pillows, you can request a foam pillow! ( my favorite!). If you want a great breakfast at a reasonable price it’s here. If you want a great location for walking to slopes… perfect… and no noise! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Booked 1 year in advance. We got sick (Covid) 2 days before departure. No refund, no credit, no nothing. Extremely unfriendly staff who totally didn’t care. I called back during our stay and they had no vacancies …so that rented our room again. And still would not provide a refund or credit. I really am very disappointed with this hotel and its leadership group. I urge you all to try other options, perhaps with staff that understand that people get sick.

Can’t beat this location! Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, big outdoor hot tub, valet parking, hospitality dog. Breakfast is not included but it is very conveniently located to vail village and golden peak so lots of other options. I thought it was very fairly priced for the convenience and experience.

I have been trying to speak with someone at the hotel since December 16th after an absolutely awful check-in. Was trying to be nice and wait it out. But after attempt number 5 to speak to someone I am thoroughly disappointed we booked here for my birthday trip.
The valet check-in was super awkward. Making weird religious comments as we unloaded our car. We brushed it off and headed in.
Whomever ski-checked our gear made both my husband and I incredibly uncomfortable. Making remarks about skiing at “cheaper” resorts and making comments about our appearance. Going as far as to ask if my husband was “baked.” Incredibly disgusting. I have been in customer service management for over 17 years and have NEVER experienced something like this, despite having traveled all over the US. And have stayed in Vail/Beaver Creek multiple times. We live in Summit and just wanted to do a nice celebratory trip. Guess not. Remorseful we spent the $ here to celebrate. Will happily suggest any hotel other than this one for guests I deal with on the daily.

I wish place had live music and more single malt choices, but the location is top and most employees strive to serve you best.

(We ran out of water one morning, front desk girl blamed the municipality but I confirmed other hotels nearby did not experience this problem on that day)

Simply had the worst experience at Tivoli Lodge. They literally stole from me by writing their own tip on my check, front desk charged my credit card before I checked out, and the bellboy thinks he’s more than a bellboy. You couldn’t pay me to stay there ever again. Vail is beautiful but with people who treat you less than, really diminish the experience.
