My family and I went on an airboat tour and we all agreed it was one of the coolest experiences we’ve ever had. It was incredibly educational, fun, and the views were stunning. And Gary, our guide, was also amazing - knowledgeable, answered the dozens of questions we had, and made the whole experience really fun.
I’d recommend anyone within a few hours to experience this.

Well worth the drive. Happened upon the place when our other reservations fell through. Small air boat, took the four of us to an indian outpost in the swamp. Very educational and informative. Would definitely go again. Fantastic pulled pork sandwiches too!

Not going to lie…. I’m had a hard time making a reservation. Pull the trigger on your initial call (may take a day for a response and then you will Lose your spot). But it all worked out in the end. I had a lot of recommendations from locals toward Down South Adventures. And they were right.

Look up “Tippy’s” on Googlemaps.com as the boat launch site is a lot of miles East of Everglade City (so plan to stopping in Everglade City for lunch, either there, or on the way back, for Stone Crab. Anyplace there is fantastic.
We ate at Seafood City and Triad in previous trips. Picnic table lunch, but the best meal you’ll have all year.

Our airboat captain Dave was awesome. And the kids loved his stories and interaction. The trip is really spectacular. The kids loved it, and so did the adults. I highly recommend.

What an amazing tour! Beautiful and learned a lot of history about the native people and Everglades. Saw tons of birds and alligators . Thank you Seth! Well worth the price . What a peaceful ride with nature . I will tell all that get down your way. Pam and Tony from Ohio. Go Bucks!

Run down terrible experience. I have been on 12 plus airboat trips and this by far was the worst. From a disgusting bathroom to no ear sets, completely run down and your guide had zero personality. We saw nothing and was totally unimpressed. Stay away. There are much better places to go. This place I would save my money

WONDERFUL AND GRACIOUS PEOPLE. A MUST GO TO SPOT IF YOU WANT TO RELAX AND GET AWAY FROM CITY LIFE. AND ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF OUR EVERGLADES WHILE YOU TRY THEIR GREAT FOOD WITH A WATERVEIW DECK RESTAURANT. AND THE AIRBOAT TOURS WILL LEAD YOU TO BREATHLESS VIEW OF OUR FLORIDA EVERGLADES. IT'S PERFECT FOR EVERYONE IN YOUR FAMILY.

Very friendly staff and open late hours, which is a plus for many who are traveling from East coast to West Coast. The local fishermen make up most of their customers due to it being right next to an airboat landing. The establishment could use a bit of a remodel.
