The clothes might be nice, but the service is absolute garbage. The employees are useless, never around when you need help, but always clustered together gossiping. You have to hunt them down just to get basic assistance, and when you do, they give you attitude like you’re the problem. Even at checkout, they ignore you and keep talking to each other. The whole experience is a joke, and no amount of nice clothes makes up for this level of incompetence and rudeness.

I stopped in here to get a pair of flip flops. The strap on the pair I was currently wearing had broken, and it was time for a new pair. I found a pair I really liked in brown and bought them. I really wanted them in black, but the selection was poor, and they didn't have my size. I decided to also order the black pair since they offer free shipping to your house. The cashier placed the order and charged my card. He then printed a receipt and asked if it was right. He had ordered the wrong size. I told him it was wrong, and he said he couldn't change it without calling costumer service. He tried to call and couldn't get through. He then sent an email to customer service and said it would be fine.

Days later, I got an email saying the order was shipped. It was still the wrong size! I emailed back and told them the situation. They emailed back and said it was too late. I would need to get the package and then return it. After returning it, I could re-order. I emailed back and said that was not acceptable. They told me to call costumer service. I tried, but couldn't get through. I then emailed back and said I am not driving the 40 minutes to the store, just cancel the order. The response was that it was too late and to call customer service.

I didn't try again, but I eventually got an email that the order was canceled. A week later, I checked my debit card statement and hadn't received a refund. I decided to continue to wait.

About a week later I received a gift card in the mail. It had a letter attached that said, "Thank you for your gift return". They had placed, charged, and canceled the order. But, they would give me back my money. I tried several times to call customer service, but once again I couldn't get through. It was busy a lot, then placed me on hold. After 20 minuets on hold, it hung up.

Extremely bad customer service, I had ordered something off line and went to pick it up, and it was not ready which was almost 3 hours later!!! They made me wait about an extra 37 minutes for them to “process” the order and get it from the back. They then went on to talk behind my back while I was in the store and give me dirty looks. They also messed up the order by giving me the exact wrong color of hat as it was suppose to be brown not tan. Horrible store , not worth the visit would suggest just going to Active at the collections across the way !! The management and staff for this Tillys is horrible at their jobs and customer service!!

I like this story because they dint often ask if you need help, but they are always nearby if you do. The employees are very nice and personable.

I needed a ball cap and bought a clip back Pendleton. Good hat but small and all their hats were small. Lady friend found lots of stuff she liked though.

I was in the shoe aisle and nobody helped me, I was very interested in shoes but nobody helped me so I left. I decided to go again and the cashier was so rude and looked like they didn't want to be there.
