Oh Man I really needed a relevel on our doublewide and the man said he could do it in an hour I was asking their methods of leveling and the guy Steven Long says laser level so I said ok. I was home and good thing I had a camera. He tried to load up my prybar and had to turn around to bring back. Then asked the dude I didn’t see him unload or load his laser and asked if he was coming back to do it but he says he did. I said no sir i seen it all on my camera. So I hope to hear back so far no one’s returned my calls or I will be taking them to court with my video evidence . Paid $700 for services I didn’t get.

Horrible company to try and work with. First of all the lady that answers their phone sounds like she has Parkinson’s (which is not her fault) BUT she shouldn’t be the person who answers their phone cause you can barely understand her cause her voice is soooo shaky. Plus I’ve contacted them twice to have my mobile home moved and both times told us that someone would get back to me on cost and when they can do the move. It’s been 6mos since and I’ve heard from no one! So now it’s going to be winter soon and I’ll probably have to wait til Spring to move my mobile home while I try to find someone else! Bad business so RUN and never use! Don’t know how they are still in business. Especially with all the other bad reviews!

Absolutely atrocious service, this place should be avoided at all costs.

These guys leveled my mobile home a few months ago, I ignored the other bad reviews to give them a chance, and lo and behold, they did a terrible job. Within a few months, my doors stopped closing, flooring started splintering, and the home is notably unlevel. I have been asking them to come back out for a month and half now and I am given an excuses every time on why they cannot make it.

Terrible workmanship, and absolutely no regard for customer service or accountability.

Buyer beware. Do not waste your money here.

Mary and Steve long had my parents pay 9,000$ and did not do any services on their trailer. They were to move the trailer in march, it is September now and they have been ignoring my parents. I am so mad. 9,000$ is a lot of money!! We will be contacting 3 on your side, also taking them to court this is ridiculous! Very unprofessional, rude and disgusting people! Everyone beware! Do not hire or trust these people.

Stay away from this business. they are scam artists. We paid to have skirting put on our mobile home back in May 2022 and it's September 2022 and they have done nothing! We put an $1,800 deposit for this service back in May 2022. And we have no skirting and no deposit as of yet. We have reported them to the BBB and will warn anyone about this place. We have called them, emailed them and left numerous voice messages since May wanting to know when the skirting will be done and they have one excuse after another. The fire up in Flagstaff and none of the employees could get to prof, rain, backed up on other jobs, etc..... This place needs to be avoided and shut down. We are now filing a claim in small claims court to get our money back.

My mother has been waiting over 3 months for her home to be put together by this company. They do not call their customer back. My mom made the purchase or a beautiful home that has been sitting om her property for 3 months now, my poor mom is stuck paying a house payment on a house she can’t not live in, she is forced to pay rent for a place to stay and for storage unit. This is so unfair!! We will be taking the next step toward legal procedures.

Absolutely the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Do not waste your time. Mary never returns calls and her excuses are always the same. Apparently some guy named Steve cant get it together so she has to keep canceling my appointment. The problem is I've left work 4 of the times she was supposed to be here and not once has she called to cancel, she just does not show up. I gave them one star because you have to in order to leave a review.

I used their services over five years ago worst experience ever they took one year to move my home from Flagstaff to Phoenix and for that one year I was homeless thanks to them also cost 8,000. Took poor care of my fridge broke on the way here and they blamed me didn't cover it when it was supposely covered. Anything that was broken by them was never covered. If you get their service hopefully they've grown up and you get better services than me. They should not be allowed to still be in business.
