We couldn't have been happier with Mariana & her team when they sold our mother's townhouse in Orlando recently. Since we all live out of state, Mariana handled most of the onsite repairs & updates needed to get the townhouse buyer ready. Ever had your whole life change from drab to magical? The Wartella team helped me move seamlessly from Seattle to Lakeland and I have zero regrets. They helped me find a historic house which I bought by video walk through only and I love everything about the house, neighborhood and town! We had the best experience working with the Wartella Home Team! Specifically our wonderful realtor, Hang Kendall, was the best person to help us find our new home! We moved to Florida from out of state and it was such a blessing to have someone so knowledgeable. Even before we moved, she checked in with us to see if we needed help finding an airbnb to stay in while we looked at homes. Then she was so patient while we looked for our new home. These people are wonderful! We had the honor and pleasure of working with their agent Hang who is just amazing! She very quickly got familiar with what we were looking for in a house and was a tremendous help in our search. When we decided to take the FL plunge, I scoured all the fb groups. I noticed one thing in common, everyone was so happy to be using The Wartella Home Team as their realtor! I reached out to Mariana and her team and instantly knew that I made the right decision. Hang Kendall helped us from the start while we were residing in the Northeast. Mariana and her team were awesome to work with. We moved from Virginia four years ago and Mariana was very knowledgeable about the area. We ended up building and Mariana was our eyes down here throughout the entire process. She visited the site and sent us pictures as well as was present for all inspections.
