Generally this store is great and the workers are very helpful, however today was not the case. Myrriah at this store was someone who flat out refused to listen and look over shipping instructions that the company sent us. She immediately tried to send us somewhere else and while trying to explain the paperwork she refused to listen and continued in a very unprofessional manner. Her condescending tone created a chaotic and heated conversation and she is very unknowledgeable and perhaps too immature for a customer service position. Thankfully another employee took over and was willing to read the paperwork provided and assist in getting the items shipped.

Cheapest/smallest PO Box is 360 dollars a year, a key is provided to access the PO Boxes area after business hours, also has some additional perks listed on their website, per staff, can receive 15 packages a month with no additional fees, some of the pictures are of the previous location, so new customers might find it confusing as previously it was next to Harbor Freight Tools, it recently moved to a new location.

This UPS store is staffed with some of the nicest and most helpful employees. I am there frequently making returns and shipping things to my husband. I recently needed to get passport photos and documents notarized in the same day, and Graciela was so helpful and nice. She answered all my questions!

I had a great experience here today! I just had to do an Amazon return. There was a line out the door, so I was a little nervous. BUT the line moved very quickly. The lady who helped me was really nice and efficient! Helped me quickly but didn’t make me feel rushed. The other workers seemed friendly also. I’m glad to know this is here for any Amazon returns.

*There’s a self service kiosk I could’ve used to avoid the line (I didn’t know), so definitely take advantage of that.

I entered the store to utilize the self service kiosk which I typically use for returns. I scanned one with no problems. The second one I scanned and it only printed me a drop off receipt and not the shipping label. I went to the counter and was helped by Ally. I explained to her what happened and handed her the drop off receipt it printed. She didn’t say a word and had a blank expression, grabbed the receipt, did something on the computer, handed it back to me and said “I can’t print the label”. She couldn’t be more rude and less helpful. She didn’t offer me a single option of what I could do or why it didn’t print NOTHING. So I got back on my phone and asked her if I left what would happen cause I can’t send the packed without a label and yet I have a receipt saying I dropped it off and my phone service wasn’t working well in the store. She said NOTHING with a rude face and handed me a ‘Scan here for WIFI access’ sheet. I logged into the wifi and still couldn’t get anything to pull up. I again asked her what I should do because the box has no label and yet I have a receipt saying I dropped it off. She grabbed the receipt and said she was voiding it. I asked her if it would affect me trying to resend it with the same tracking code the company provided me and she said “it shouldn’t” not even a 100% guarantee. I just left the store. Ally has ZERO customer service skills and shouldn’t be working with people or needs to find a job she enjoy because this store ALWAYS is great. The employees her are always so inviting and helpful. This girl was the worst and offered me zero options, zero solutions, and was annoyed with any single question asked. Horrible customer service.

It’s also important to add, there wasn’t even anyone else waiting in the store to help.

I've gone to UPS STORE more than 5 times and every time I go, I get treated with respect short waiting time and very helpful when needed. Always explain any issue or concerns. Very polite and always greeting anyone who walks in to the UPS STORE
