First time experiencing the new Tracy Performing Arts Center in The Villages. Had a chance to The Spinners and it looks like a lot of other great shows in the future on the website. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Every seat seemed to have a nice view with good elevation with the seat in front of you. The sound system was good as well. There wasnโ€™t a lack of help as there were lots of ushers guiding you. The only down side was that the waiting for the bar was very long with a pretty long wait. Maybe another bar or another bar tender. This was a small issue so not a big deal. Great place and you have to check it out if you havenโ€™t been there before.

Saw Cheap Trick. Great visibility cause seats are staggered and on a slight slant.

Sound was not bad but some of the mics must not have been mixed right. Had a hard time hearing the muffled banter but the lyrics were good on lead singers mic but not other's.

Overall had a great time.

The venue was gorgeous. Opted for the Orchestra Pit seats for the Jefferson Starship concert. This area has folding chairs. Unfortunately for me, I was sitting between two large human beings who took a bit of the joy out of the wonderful concert.

Great new venue in The Villages!! Saw Ace Frehley and it was an amazing show as always from Ace and crew!! The venue staff are extremely nice and helpful. The venue has a nice layout and thereโ€™s not a bad seat in the house. The sound is also very good!

Clearly one of the most stunning entertainment venues in the area. The bar opened in the lobby about 30 minutes before the show. There were two bar tenders slinging every spirit imaginable. There was visible security which made me feel safe. But they weren't overbearing. Nothing but welcoming smiles, as I was hoping for. The show took a moment to celebrate our Veterans, and I saw the usher give priority seating to a USMC Vet in a motorized wheelchair.

I recommend not only turning off one's hearing devices, but pulling them out of your ears and keeping them away! The show is professionally sound and light engineered.

My family and I enjoyed the show, the brand spanking new theater and great service! ๐Ÿ‘

Great experience. Went to see Cheap Trick with my daughter. The show was fantastic and the venue was great. Even had a drink before the show. We did "will call" for our tickets, and picking them up was fast & easy. Acoustics were good. It is a smaller venue, so I think wherever you sit, you will have a great view.

New, modern, smaller venue. One level. All gradually inclined seating had full viewing access to stage. The sound system was awesome. Baffled ceiling helped. Lots of ushers. There is plenty of comfy seating in the lobby and patio area to enjoy drinks. Small bar, but it looked like they are planning for a full-size bar area. Restrooms were nicely decorated.

A really first class venue with every seat having excellent views and sight lines. The sound system brings every nuance to the performances as clear as a bell ringing on an icy cold morning. If you can find an event playing here, it will be a performance to be wholly enjoyable.
