The food is incredible, from the farm to the table, fresh. The BLT had thick cuts of bacon, fresh bread, and perfect vegetables. The side salad was the same fresh and delicious.
The Spicy Italian was chocked full of meat and an explosion of flavors.
The to-go caramel cinnamon rolls were the perfect treat.
The coffee drinks are only ok but everything else is out of this world.

Very disappointing. We stopped here for a quick lunch. Cute little place. The food was not great, let alone good. Out of 4 entrees, the side salad was the best thing. The salad bar is very clean, great choices & toppings. If I knew a salad bar was an option, I would have just gotten this. We ordered 4
Entrees - the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, which was okay. The Spicy Italian which was also okay. The Shrimp Po Boy & The Pulled Pork Sandwich was not good. Both had “coleslaw” on it which was just a small amount of plan chopped cabbage. The fries & fried shrimp both tasted heavily of dirty oil as they were fried in a week old oil.
Service was a little slow for only 2 parties in the restaurant. I saw 2 meals sitting in the window under the warmer for 15 mins.

Ordered takeout, entered through the Stokehouse resturaunt. No hostess, proceeded to the bar. Waited for a bit, then was told to go next door 2 pick up my order. The resturaunt was a vibe, nice decor, karaoke was going. The food on the other hand was not so great. Pasta was dry, hardly any sauce. Porkchops & corn was hard as a rock. Corn had a strange taste & color. Tacos, baked potatoe & brussel sprouts were okay. There was suppose to be 2 salads w/ranch with the order, but did not recieve. I paid $70+ for this and sadly I wish we just went to Subway down the street....

Just stopped in to catch the last of a game on TV with a beer, but the place was hopping and a band setting up to play after the game finished Meals looked great, so next time we pass through we are going to make a plan to stop here for a meal. Friendly folks and one of the few lively places left in this former railroad supply town. Local government needs to step up, there's a lot of tourist money being lost from the lack of watering holes here.

We stopped here on our way home from Colorado to AZ. The food was absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and they have a gift shop attached filled with items from 180+ local vendors. Must stop!

Loved the look of this restaurant. Loved the service . Food was delicious i wish the food came with more of a portion though. I also ordered the birria tacos and im very picky about them and they were very delicious they are different then ordinary birrias though. No cilantro and the consomme has alot of a cinnamon taste to it . Overall a wonderful place to stop and eat and look at the gift shop 😍 will be back 🙂

We were in from NY were visiting Walsenburg for a day. We were so happy to find this gem in Walsenburg!!!! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was so up to date and modern. We also loved the town’s mining history being honored in photos and decor all over the restaurant. I had family who worked in those mines so the history was really special to us. The waitress was lovely and the food was spectacular! My son had the street tacos and he says they are the best he’s ever had. My husband had the reuben and loved it. My daughter had the caprese salad and I had the Quinoa (both pictured). We both loved ours too! We also loved the Walsenburg Mercantile next door. We bought a bunch of things. Lovely stop all around. Thank you for being the bright spot of our visit!
