I was looking for a realtor up north in Biggs, California as I did not know any in that area. I googled realtors in that area and Sierra‘s profile came up. I decided to give her a call and man am I glad I did. Sierra has been nothing but excellent. I was looking to buy a home for my younger daughter and from the get-go Sierra took over and constantly was sending me information that I needed to make a decision on a property, needless to say we were able to find a home. Everything was so easy and simple Sierra took care of everything. Sierra did such a great job. I decided to try Her again we bought a home for my oldest daughter, and that went even smoother than the first one once again Sierra handle everything from start to finish a true Leader, I must say well everything went so well with the second house We decided to try it again Sierra once again, took over the reins and help us buy our third house we just closed on it. My wife is so happy that she has found her Dreamhouse next to our children. Sierra did all the work again and took care of all the issues that needed to be addressed before finalizing the deal. We are 10 minutes from our daughters and couldn’t be more pleased, I look forward to working with Sierra in the future, she is truly one of a kind. I will recommend her to everybody and anybody who’s looking to buy a new home.

Sierra has been the absolute best! We are moving to CA from out of state and she has been a wealth of information! We couldn't have gotten through this experience as easily without her. She brought such positivity and fun to the experience! She went above and beyond to ensure that we knew all of the information, had seen all of the area, understood what values were better in which areas, and even made sure to introduce us to the great food in Chico! Anytime we needed anything, she made it happen. When a few problems arose during our contract period, she stayed on top of everything to be sure it worked well for us. We always felt we had the most recent info. We ended the week with a good base knowledge of the entire area. Never before have I felt so familiar with a new city in a few days!

Like so many, we lost our home in Paradise to the fire. We have been living out of the country, but wanted to move back. Sierra was able to take calls at odd hours to fit our time difference. If I could give 10 stars I would! Where do I even start? I simply cannot recommend the NorCal life enough. Sierra and her amazing team helped us buying our first home. We purchased in Chico as semi-remote buyers, driving up to Chico on the weekends to view houses and viewing homes virtually from their amazing video tours. Sierra and Susan are so incredibly good at what they do. They really are the best agents in Chico and we feel very lucky to have been represented by them.
