I’m happy to recommend The Learning Experience to any parents looking for daycare for their children! From the front office staff to the culinary team to the teachers who work most directly with our son, we get A+ service every day. I am especially impressed with Maria, his Toddler room teacher. When our son needed special, specific care, she took note and went the extra mile to ensure his needs were met. She greets us with a smile and such a warm welcome to our son every morning! Very impressed and very happy here - The Learning Experience can’t be recommended enough!

My child truly enjoys attending this school, and the teachers are exceptional. However, our experience as parents with the front desk staff has been less than satisfactory. The atmosphere is generally warm and welcoming, but it only seems to be the case when corporate personnel are present. On those occasions, the staff is cheerful, greeting everyone with friendly exchanges like "Good morning" and "Goodbye" while refraining from personal conversations.

Unfortunately, outside of those moments, the professionalism at the front desk appears lacking. Visitors are often overlooked, with basic courtesies such as greetings like "Good morning" or "Good afternoon" being skipped. In addition, staff members frequently engage in casual, ongoing conversations among themselves, which detracts from the professionalism of the environment.

As a parent and as a suggestion for improvement, I recommend investing in training for the front desk team and management to cultivate a more polished and respectful atmosphere for all visitors. It’s essential that staff members understand the importance of their roles in creating a welcoming environment. If certain individuals are not a good fit for their positions, reconsidering their placement or considering alternative roles may be necessary.

Additionally, I suggest offering employees parking spaces in the back row as a courtesy. Small details like these can greatly enhance the overall experience and make parents and visitors feel more valued.

While the school itself is great, there is room for improvement when it comes to the professionalism and general experience at the front desk.

I have three children at this daycare, and all three have had a wonderful experience! Every teacher we've encountered - including the directors and front office staff - know all three of my kids by name and know their personalities. The whole facility is very clean and everyone is very welcoming. My middle child had a rough start "going to school," but he now LOVES his teacher, classroom and friends. I love hearing the kids' stories every afternoon and am impressed with everything they are learning. Highly recommend!

We’ve had an amazing experience with infant care at The Learning Experience in Davenport! The staff is incredibly attentive, nurturing, and skilled in supporting our baby’s growth and development. Every teacher and staff member knows our son and his personality, and they’re always ready to step in with an extra cuddle or one-on-one time whenever he needs a bit more attention. We love receiving regular updates and photos throughout his day using the app. The environment is clean, warm and safe and as first time parents we feel completely at ease knowing our baby is in such caring hands.

While all our teachers are incredible, the bond between Ms. Elybeth and our son is truly special. She has been such a positive influence! It’s clear she makes him feel safe, loved, and supported as he grows. Her deep understanding of infant needs—both physical milestones and emotional development—creates an environment where learning and comfort go hand in hand.

I look forward to my child being part of this daycare for many years to come!

We are happy and at peace leaving our daughter's education and care in the hands of the staff at The Learning Experience Davenport West, especially her teacher, Ms. Olga.

She is a loving teacher with a great balance of method, discipline, and fun. She is always teaching them new things, singing songs, and it’s clear that she prepares her lessons thoughtfully and puts effort into making them engaging.

My daughter adores her and often hugs her, which, to me, is the best sign of all. Regarding the facilities, they are always clean, beautiful, colorful, and safe.

Our son has been in TLE since he was almost 2 years. We like that they transition the kids every 6 months to be in the adequate learning classroom based on age.

He is currently in twaddler and it has been the best classroom so far because his teachers are AMAZING. Ms. Gaby and Ms. Lairina have been a blessing in our son’s life. He has learned a lot from them and the communication with us parents is top notch. We are always so happy to talk with them and hear how much our son has grown under their care. The best teachers at TLE!

Ms. Paty is great too! She helps all around and is so nice with the kids. Ms. Lily who is in charge of the kids meals is so kind as well!

We like that the location is clean. We look forward to see our son learn more and have fun!

Our only feedback is ensuring door access is working at all times, for the safety of our babies. And continue reiterating parents to keep sick kiddos at home to avoid spreading it around.

Still I give 5 stars!!!

We love this school! My daughter is happy, thriving, making friends, having fun, and learning new things daily. Ms. Olga is an amazing 3 year old teacher who has helped my daughters penmanship so much. She is already prepping them for VPK while having fun. I’m so glad this school opened up 🙂
