My dad lives here. Although he does not leave his trailer, there are amazing facilities in this mobile home neighborhood. Look, they are mobile homes, but this isn't your freeway adjacent, 70's trailer park. Legitimately the clubhouse is really cool. Pool tables, room for parties, big TV's. Outside is a nice pool, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tons of other cool sport or game setups. Plus it's in Oro Valley, with amazing mountain views. No shame in living in this place.

My parents live here and they hardly ever complain. All the neighboors seem very friendly and the pool is always clean. The people in the office seem to be friendly as well. Recommended to any 55+ couple or person.

The people who reside in the Highlands Mobile Home Park are very outgoing and friendly. We enjoyed a morning coffee gathering twice while visiting relatives who have a place in the park. They have a very active agenda for the residents including a senior citizen's overnight bus tour.
