Brought in an item to be repaired. They held it for 3 weeks and did nothing. I called several times and left messages. No one ever got back to me. I showed up in person to get an update and the guy hadn't even looked at it. He assume it was a 3rd party board when it is in fact original. He just didn't want to do they work to fix it. I heard him say it with my own ears. I heard this place was good from a mutual friend we have. But my experience was terrible. The worker who takes in the items is a nice guy. But the guy who does the work, terrible. How can it be a bootleg (3rd party) if he hasn't looked at it? I appreciate the waste of time, the phone calls and messages that was never returned. Terrible customer service on the company's part. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Beware.

They can repair and recommission any machine. Ryan's knowledge is amazing combined with great customer service. Highly recommend.

So I took them my 1976 grand prix pinball machine they did a great job bascally a tune up like rebuilt the flippers change the bumpers rubbers etc chanhe the bulbs and some other stuff
I give a 5 stars 🌟 I have no problem referring
