Did prison break and it was a lot of fun! We made it out with about a minute left but to be fair we used some hints (under 5 during the hour). There were four of us total so didn’t feel like too many chefs in the kitchen. The room set up and design was well thought out. Will definitely try another one.

Had a great time solving the room with friends. We did the heist and it was a very fun theme (loved the ambiance in the room, especially the last bit when you’re getting the final puzzles solved). Everything felt very doable and the staff was great about giving the right hints to keep us moving forward. Really appreciated our host proactively stepping in at one point with a hint where we had the solution but just didn’t put it in right. I think without the hints there was a good chance we would have hit the time limit or just been much closer to the hour mark. The staff was very friendly and welcoming (extra shout out to Me-Mo for being a great host :))

We had an absolutely wonderful date night at the escape room. They were very helpful for us as beginners with hints but still kept it challenging enough for us to figure it out ourselves. I have a neuromuscular disorder, and they made sure I was taken care of. Kate even personalized the game with photos of our pets in cowboy hats which was an incredible personal touch. Everyone is LGBT friendly which is always a bonus to feel so comfortable in a space. Will absolutely be back and very appreciative of the experience they gave us!!

One of the best game masters I've ever played with. Just got into town from out of state walked in to check out of there was any openings they got me set up and immersed in the game. Played special ops, I was impressed with the room and puzzles! Definitely coming back again, thanks John!

I had an incredible first time experience in the SF Downtown escape room with a very friendly game guide Henry. All of the instructions were communicated really well prior to the game to help my group navigate. Definitely worth trying it again!

Had a really fun time here. We did the art gallery heist and it was very challenging, so many problems so solve! The team observes you and guides you and helps you out when needed. Wouldn't have made it without all the hints and time extension but glad we were able to solve it in the end. Great way to spend an evening.

Kate was amazing! Very helpful on hints with only 2 players playing playground. A lot for 2 people, but hints got us to escape on time. Awesome experience!

Me and a couple of friends just went walking around SF and stumble across this place. We went in and a great person who worked there named Wagui was Amazing! We asked many questions and weren't from the area but he was patient and super cool and got us into the heist room super fast. We beat the room with 2 minutes left and a few hints. Great for beginners and expert's alike. This places staff are super great and the rooms are super fun! 5/5 would recommend and huge shout out Wagui for being the GOAT!
