I saw a post on TikTok where a family came to visit, I knew I had to come and visit and boy was it worth it. If you plan to visit I suggest painting or writing on a stone to place your prayer(s) or wording of your choice to leave for others to see. Luckily, we found a stone nearby and someone had left a Sharpie. We were able to leave prayers for our loved ones whom have passed away 🙏🏻. It's peaceful up here. It's free admission, donations are accepted.

An awesome Park to visit and feel the spirit of Jesus Christ. Good place to sit and pray, contemplate things in your life or meditate. It's a nice walk through the park to see all the different sculptures and the scriptures on the sidewalks.
The Cross is so magnificent and reminds me that our Heavenly Father is bigger than anything that is troubling us in our life.

Beautiful place. U can feel the peace and tranquility. Took my mom here and she loved it. For sure gonna go back. Parking is good. It's free.

Second time visiting, and it was just as magical as the first. The tranquil atmosphere is so peaceful and calming—you can truly feel the energy surrounding this beautiful area. The soft music playing in the background adds to the serene experience as you explore the space.

Peaceful place 🙏 💕 It's free, plenty parking and handicap parking. You can go all the way up in your car and is totally handicap accessible. It does have bathrooms. Don't forget to bring a marker, they have rocks where you can write your prayers . (Not in every rock).

After a group baptism, we visited The Coming King Sculpture Prayer Garden in Kerrville on a Sunday afternoon. Arriving around 5 p.m., we were met with a serene and beautifully maintained space, rich in history and reverence. The garden itself presents an immersive experience in biblical history through its statues, the cross, and scriptures. It’s truly a place where faith and peace converge, allowing visitors to pause, reflect, and connect with God.

The massive cross, a central feature, is framed by a beautiful fountain and calming Texas Hill Country views. The cool air and scenic landscape create a tranquil environment perfect for prayer and meditation. In various parts of the garden, visitors can paint or write prayer requests on rocks, adding a personal, heartfelt touch to the experience.

The garden also offers information and guidance for both new believers and those visiting on a spiritual journey, inspired to be here by God’s call. Having driven past Kerrville countless times, we never knew this hidden gem was here—now it’s a must-visit recommendation for anyone passing through the area.

Entry to the garden is free, with donations accepted and appreciated but never required. Whether you're a Christian or simply a nature enthusiast, this spot is well worth the stop. With its respectful atmosphere, beautiful setting, and the serenity it envelops, The Coming King Sculpture Prayer Garden offers a unique place to relax, reflect, and find peace.

It was a great experience visiting the site with my Friends/co-workers. I've been to Kerrville before but this was my first visit to "The Empty Cross" site. If you're ever in Kerrville, TX I'd recommend a visit it'll be enlightening. It is free to visit all that is asked is a donation if you wish to do so. The Gift Shop has some great souvenirs if you choose to purchase any and if you don't I still suggest that you visit the shop. The staff we encountered were great and they had the best attitude ever.
