Terrible Service here. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! Very rude, uncaring, even when they made a mistake they literally said "it's not my problem." Starting from the "GM" to the store clerk, seems like they don't know how to run a retail business. Something as simple as putting up a sign that says "for Uhual please call" since the doors are locked and the clerk is hiding in the back. Basic human decency is lost on these people. Shady for sure.

First and foremost I review a lot of places on google and yelp, I became a local guide to provide society with my best experience with small businesses around the so-cal area I feel as if it is my community duty to do so. With that being said I was in the market looking for a cheap laptop to do some work on (an obvious upgrade to my 2009 MacBook Pro) i found a 2015 MacBook Air listed on and OfferUp account I sent a message got a response back within seconds! Had a small chat with the person o the other side of the cell phone screen and decided to take a trip to there store front. As soon as I arrived to there location I was greeted by a gentleman named Oscar, he was kind, knowledgeable about all his products and answered every question I had about the MacBook I have NEVER felt so comfortable making a purchase of a refurbished electronic till I stopped by The Computer Connect, I mean they made the process so easy and fun I had to make this review these guys are awesome. Fellow google users if your in the market for a computer or laptop make sure this is your first stop! Thank you for you honest and respectful business ethic i am excited to see how your new business grows! CHEERS
