What a cute little eatery. The entrance is decorated in Mickey Mouse Halloween decor which I love. Up a few stairs into a sweetly decorated cafe with a large bar. The decor is very eclectic which I also love! Very pleasantly surprised by this cute little gem in the village. Being our first visit the waiters name was Ernesto and was great at explaining the menu and how everything is made in house and was very patient spending a few minutes going over all the questions we had about the menu.
My husband and I both got the Bunker burger and it was literally the best burger I have ever eaten!! The crispy potatoes took me back to my teen days when I worked in a little cafe in northern Cali. Topped the crispy potatoes with their house made thousand island sauce. Amazing!!! And their house made ketchup was also delicious.
Truly the best burger joint we have ever been to. I’m not a huge burger lover but this place just raised the bar and we will only be coming here when the hubby is in the mood for burgers. A+++

Went here on a date with my wife and the server was attentive and friendly. The food tasted fresh and there were lots of menu options of both food and beverage. Ordered potato skins and wedge salad which were excellent.

Our favorite restaurant, especially for our big family, but also a great date spot. The food is amazing and all scratch made, including the mustard, which we enjoyed so much, we bought some to take home. Great service, as always, with Ernesto and the whole staff. We always feel welcome and eat more than we should! Really loved the cinnamon bread pudding tonight. Grandma says she really enjoyed her spinach beet salad. Can’t wait for the next visit!

We had an amazing experience!! I had the tomatoe mozzarella pesto sandwich and oh my goodness!! If you like spicy ask for their Carolina reaper mixer, it’s just an add it they put into other sauces and it is super hot and flavorful I loved it!! They were super accommodating for my 21 month old and the ambiance was so cool!! We will definitely be back

Always a perfect time at the Coal Bunker. Great tap list, amazing can/bottle menu and great local wine selection. Oh and they have food too😂. Always check the specials. Definitely worth the stop in Fallbrook.

Cool place, has an old-time saloon vibe. Service was great, food was delicious, esp the caramelized onions and gruyere cheese on my burger. Husband said the banh mi salmon was "perfect."

Absolutely phenomenal food! The best burger I've had in a long time! The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor, and the fresh toppings really elevated every bite. The bun was soft yet sturdy, and the combination of all the elements was just perfect. This is my new go-to spot. 5 stars all around!

Taylor and Jeff are so hospitable! They sometimes stay open late to accommodate our group after our mid-week evening Christian meeting. Food is always spectacular! Everything on the menu is delicious!
