My boyfriend and I began our home buying journey in October 2022. We saw many homes but Geoff and Geoffrey were there every step of the way. Lines of communication were open at all times of the day & they always took the time to answer all our questions. Geoff and Geoffrey we're extremely helpful during our 8 month long search. They are very knowledgeable about the real estate market as a whole but also about the local markets within different pockets of SoCal. They were very patient with us and were always available and ready to attend open houses and private showings. They constantly helped us find comps and determine the appropriate offer for all the houses that interested us. When we finally did get an offer accepted they were awesome when it came to negotiation. We were ultimately able to get our offer accepted below asking which is almost unheard of in today's market!
