What a great time! This was my first experience at an escape room venue. We had a blast! Found a great deal on Groupon that I could not pass. The timing was perfect, since family was in town visiting.
Our guide was great, the missions were super fun. We can't wait to return and try one of the other rooms!

I can’t say enough great things about this escape room! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The staff was kind, patient, and truly made sure we felt comfortable and included. The game itself had just the right level of challenge being engaging and exciting without being frustrating. It allowed us to celebrate small victories along the way, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

What made this visit extra special was seeing my autistic friend light up with joy. The puzzles were designed in a way that encouraged teamwork and problem-solving without pressure, making it a truly inclusive experience. Watching him smile, celebrate, and fully enjoy the moment was absolutely priceless.

If you’re looking for an escape room that balances fun, challenge, and inclusivity, this is the place to go. We left with memories and laughter that will last lifetime.

I found the place searching on Groupon. I like that is a completely immersive and different experience than the ones I've done before. WARNING: When you enter the place you might be confused as if you are in the right place. It looks like a travel agency but you will notice that something is off. It looks like a 1970s-80s travel agency. They have a projection displaying, maps and decor from that time. You will see the symbol of the Bureau in several places and that is how you know you are in the right place. We almost left thinking we were in the wrong place but when I checked THEIR EMAIL and Google reviews, everything made sense. You will press the button on the speaker system and wait until they let you in.

Another important thing, fill out the waiver ahead of time. It makes the process seamless and you just have to read the game debrief instead of doing paperwork.

I like that it was kid-appropriate without surprises in the middle of the experience that will not be adequate for kids. I've been in other escape room where the theme is one thing and in the middle of it, changes to dark and morbid. I took my kids and they enjoyed every second. The game we play was challenging but not imposible. From our perspective is a little hard it you have only 2 people doing it. I like the experience lets you use the full hour and is not centered on only escape but on achieving a goal and doing the most you can. This is very different than others I've been to. They have riddles, puzzles, decoding, and patterns but, no keys to find. They also leave you in the rooms for an amount of time and then transition you in the next room but all in character. Example: We did the robot mission and the goal was to save as many as we could. They left us in each room (3 total) around 20 minutes (I think). If we were stuck, they moved us to the next room saying that radiation poisoning was leaking into the room. So we play all 3 rooms to save as many robots as we could.

The employees were really nice. They were very welcoming and explained everything. When we finished, we were not rushed to leave. The waiting room was really nice. I included pictures below. It gives Fallout vibes if you know the game or the series. We already talk to friend and we'll love to come back.

Incredible theming and stories. One of the most original Escape Room facilities in the world. I love that the theme is cohesive from the very start, and that you're fully immersed in the atmosphere immediately. Highly recommend.

10 plus stars. Did all 8 in 2 days!! My bf and I came in from Texas to universal. Had more fun here than in the park with express passes.

I have done 30 plus escape rooms and I honestly don't understand the negative reviews from the escape room veterans.

Yes there are no locks in these but the puzzles are way fun! First escape room I ever dropped enough money on to marathon! Your will enjoy any of these and can make a whole vacation just doing this.

Got to know the entire staff and they were amazing. Wish we could bring them home!

Loved it! Took 3 kids age 7, 9, and 10 along with my 75 year old mother in law and everyone loved it! We’ve done a few escape rooms before but this was next level with more high tech surprises. We did the UFO experience which I highly recommend. Our kids were begging us to stay to try another experience but we had to head home. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely lovedddd this place! Especially when I pulled in thinking it was closed but it was all part of the mission to even just walk in 😆 definitely call if you ever think they’re “closed” when online says their own. It’s so different and such a wonderful experience! My husband and I had a lot of fun and definitely coming back to do them all!

My family, two teens and two adults did the game show experience. We had Rob as Host and we had a great time. My teens really enjoyed the experience,well we all did but it is hard to find activities they like and they loved this and as a family we all did. We played against another group and everyone was laughing and enjoying the event. Its great for all ages.
